Cannot believe this place get so many good reviews for burgers that are not as good as Shake Shack or even Carls Jr and is sooo expensive. I think my bun was a week old.

One of the best burgers we had in Los Angeles (and west coast USA in general). Ultra smashed burger style, so crispy and tasty.Meat has a classic taste (not dry aged), but excellent quality. Also cheese, buns, and pickles were excellent.

It's simple and cozy. I wouldn't make this a burger destination but it's not a bad choice if you wanted something fast and simple but not a fast food chain. Service was friendly but bewildering -- I would say the staff felt slow and out of it. There was only me and my friend and another party when we ordered. We ordered and sat first but they bizarrely gave our food to the others, and we watched our burgers go to them and then back behind the counter, some confusion and then to us.And then I mentioned I saw that burger she wrote had a collaboration with Uniqlo, and the woman behind the cash register told me that they were better than them. ??

Really cool atmosphere if you’re bringing people but expect small burgers and patties. The bun is about the size of a coaster.

Soo good! Absolute gem! I recommend to anyone and everyone. I was stuck at the hospital and this was a close, delicious choice.

I placed an order online only to receive a text that it was not at the location I wanted to pick up from.I immediately called the store within seconds and a very rude manager told me they couldn't cancel my order and I would still be charged despite it not being made yet.I asked if there was any way to get a refund or partial refund as I wouldn't be able to pick it up and he told me he wouldn't do that and hung up. Not going to this location again.

I can honestly say this is the first cheeseburger in my life where the patty is the best part. Double oklahoma burger is a must, Grilled onions smashed into wagyu beef, crispy with american cheese. It is so rich and so good

A good smash burger, but maybe not worth the price.The smash burger craze is real and burger she wrote does have a good burger and a cool spot.My real issue is the cost, it is an expensive burger without being anything too special. The thinness of the party is good, but it also is comically large compared to the buns, you will have a bunch of bites directly into the salty patty and melted cheese, which isn't a bad thing, but doesn't have great balance.The fries were unique though, they weren't my preference, being really thin and crispy, but my wife loved them and they did stick out from the crowd.The seating is also pretty limited, and took a little while to get the food.

This place is now in the section: « Used to be good ». It’s unfortunate. Maybe if you dine in it’s still good. But getting delivery from there is a real quality scam. All will arrive soft (like the fried pickles) or burnt. Fries the same. Burgers too. Burnt food is not safe to consume. And of course tells a lot on how you accept what comes out of the grill of your business. To skip until they change a lot of things….
