Amazing customer service (leave them a tip, they deserve it). All the burgers are great...I usually go with the Rodeo Burger. Fried Mushrooms as a side with peppercorn ranch dressing and get a strawberry oreo milkshake. Sounds weird, but tastes great.

Great tasting impossible burger with grilled onions and sea salt seasoned fries. Big plus for me was the self serve Coke machine with endless flavor possibilities.

So I walked in to it to get food for a party that my friends ordered, and I waited a while, and my friend said that the people there made the food 40 MINUTES late, and it costed 400 DOLLARS! There fries taste like garbage and your better of going somewhere else.

This place used to be really good but I don't know happened. The menu changed and the good quality is now much lower. Buns are stiff and old. Save yourself the hassle and just don't come here.

Do yourself a favor and go down the street 1 minute to Good Stuff Burgers. They actually care about their customers and food quality there. I just called to place an order for pickup when they close at 9pm. I was told, yeaa but we close at 8:45 it's coo I was like, excuse me but it's only 8:20pm you're still cooking right and the lady was like yah I guess I hung up. I will never go here again. This place used to be really nice. I wanted to support the family that used to run the location but now it's random people who don't care.

I figured I would try the Keto Burger at Burgerim after reading all the marketing hype. What a mistake. The double patties were small and the meat not tender at all. The bun was just ok. Here is where this burger really falls short. Just the double burger itself with no fries was $10.99. Out the door $12.03! Are you kidding me? In N Out Double Double blows this burger away for 1/3 the price and tastes 100 times better. Yes the In N Out has more carbs but I take the extra carbs anyway over a subpar burger for $12.00! Do yourself a favor and skip the Keto Burger. Hopefully their other burgers are much better.
When this place 1st opened it was great and i was willing to pay. Because they are very pricy.. now its over priced hockey pucks..

I'm not sure what happened to this place, but we used to come here all the time to support the new business. The quality and customer service was excellent. The choices plentiful. I don't know if this location has undergone a major staffing overhaul or what, but the last few times we've ordered, the food has gotten worse and worse. Tonight however, it was simply inedible. My husband's order was totally wrong, and mine was some middle school cafeteria BS. Burnt beyond recognition and what looks like a frozen patty from 20 years ago. The fries were cold. Not warm, but ice cold to the touch. We kept saying one more time, maybe it was an off night, but unfortunately I can't see myself returning. Super disappointed because we wanted to like this place.

Giving this place 3 stars simply because the menu is good. In regards to customer service it deserves no more than 2 stars. The customer service was amazing when this location first opened. The staff was very attentive. From what I read it seems they are under new ownership and the employees were switched out completely. The current employees do not smile and hardly greet anyone. I ordered a beef burger a few weeks back and received a patty dripping with blood. The fries are somewhat undercooked. I am in the area and will continue to eat here but the service is just not there anymore.
