Burning Shell was such a great experience. The space has a cozy but stylish vibe, perfect for a casual night out or a special dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming.

As soon as I arrived, I put my name on the waiting list and requested an outside table. The staff inside didn't greet or acknowledge us, and simply told us to sit at an inside table. When we said we wanted an outside table, they set up a table outside for us. Our server was very friendly and professional. Although it was a cold day, the heaters outside made it comfortable. I’m not one for seafood but this was the best experience I have had! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Talk about 5 star service!.
