Customer service is always good, cakes are delicious 😋 that's only if you catch them fresh. Sometimes is pretty disappointing when you are craving Butterfly Cake Shop cakes and walk in and see the cakes in the show case looking so old like they've been on display for days or weeks

Entering the place, a smell of baking bread came out very delicious!
The lady who attended us was very kind and accessible!
The mango cake we bought tasted delicious 😋, we will definitely return there for every celebration we have.

I didn't even want to give this place any stars.. big disappointment and waste of my money..this place is so tacky and cheap as in product cheap..I ordered a 1/2 dozen cupcakes. When I picked them up the lady didn't even put the cupcakes in cupcake holders. All the cupcakes fell on top of each other and slid all over the box. The cupcakes were ruined. Then the cupcakes had food coloring that stained everything and the presentaion was even worse. This place has bad service I don't recommend at all.

The flavors and designs are always different, but the moist on the cake, along with the taste never disappoints.If you have a particular cake you want, they will accommodate your needs and wants.
