Sometimes you get an okay associate and sometimes you don’t but all of them look miserable working there. My passport was expired and I didn’t have my DL bc I just got robbed the previous day in a car break in. I know there was a possibility of it not working but the associate was just awfully rude for no reason. He laughed when he read 1995 on my passport acting like it was fake. I know most people would take looking young as a compliment but it was just frustrating to have someone think you’re lying and faking when you’re just in an unfortunate situation and stressed out because of it. No empathy whatsoever or good customer service when I was trying to come up with a solution since I walked there. Once I get my new DL I simply won’t return. It’s overpriced anyway

I mostly like this place. I do wish they would sell Turkish Golds because I live nearby and it would be nice to spend money in my own neighborhood. But however, they've "been selling the same cigarettes for 10 years" so I suppose it's completely impossible. Lmao. Dudes are the worst.

Went there at 8pm on Saturday July 1st to buy a bottle of Pau Maui Vodka, it was $23.00 plus tax so total was $25.50, so I paid the cashier a tall black guy with dreadlocks a new $100 bill for payment. He immediately counterfeit marker check the bill I gave to him. He gave me a $50 with no counterfeit marker check, $20, and (2) $5.00 bill in change. So on June 1st at a 7-11 near my apartment I used the $50 dollar bill to buy some items there, the cashier took the $50 and placed it in the deposit box and it immediately got spit out he tried it again and again it got spit out/rejected. The cashier told me that the bill is counterfeit and confiscated it from me..... the deposit box has a counterfeit scanner for bills. So I l Ft and went back to Buzz wine and beer shop where I made contact with a Hispanic supervisor. I explained the above what happened, he call the cashier who's name is Raphael. The store supervisor called called him and told him what happened and he lied and said that the $50 he gave me was counterfeit checked. There are security cameras above the cash registers and I counted my change in front of him to boot. Hey Buzz wine and beer passing counterfeit money is a federal offense (felony) fix this situation or the secret service will be visiting your shop! The supervisor has my contact information! FYI to anyone who plans to give them your business DON'T! You shouldn't have to worry about shady ass cashiers who are willing to lie and steal money from you!

Very informative and knew exactly where everything was so that we could get in and out on a late night pick up. Thank you so much we always patronize your property. You guys rock. Also, the environment is extremely organized and clean and safe. What a great selection you have. We will be back.

I went in to check out the tasting bar, as I had bought a book at The Last Bookstore (across the street) and was going to hang out but the tasting area is closed (and did not look like it would be open anytime soon) but as others have noted, a nice selection of wine and beer to go - I hope they get the bar area open as that would be a perfect place to stay a bit and read a book one purchased from across the street.

Bad management, won't let 4 month puppies inside who aren't fully potty trained. But have grass at the front of the store which would clearly confuse any pup trying to figure it out. Not tasteful. Especially seeing how they let every other pup in but mine.
