1 meal swipe for a huge portion size of gelato! Tastes great but usually would recommend to share it with a friend/family. Hours are so bad though--6pm-10pm? Who eats ice cream that late without daylight savings? Ugh.

The 1919 Cafe is a lovely place to gather with colleagues, friends, or to sit alone. The space is accommodating for various needs; indoor and outdoor seating, many foods and beverage offerings. What I appreciate most is the noise volume. Low enough so that anyone can sit and read or study, but still allowing others to feel comfortable talking in small groups. I have not been to Cafe 1919 post quarantine so I can not speak to any recent changes they may have had.

A good experience! I decided to stop in because I was in the area. I had trouble figuring out where to park, so I kept circling the block. It seemed like other people had an easier time, so maybe it's just me! :)

Impressive place to satisfy the cravings for a quick meal. Pizza, ice cream, whatever, they also have salads and paninis for vegans that are quite filling. The ice cream servings here are much bigger than other ice cream parlors. Definitely one of my favorite place.

Foods great but man these people need to learn some better customer service skills. I work as a food service manager, I understand that helping customers is brutal, I get it. But when your customer obviously has never been to your restaurant before, you shouldn't talk down to them and make them feel stupid because they don't know the system of the restaurant. I ordered a tiramisu and was never told to grab it, waited for like 10 mins at the counter. My friend was talked down to because she didn't say the names of the gelato. Gentlemen working the counter was very rude about it. Again food was great but if you're u familiar with the place, you won't have a good experience here.

One of my favorite takeout places at UCLA. I love the pizza, sandwiches, and gelato. Staff is so kind all the time. Wait time is not that long. This place is amazing!

Also another UCLA dining hall/takeout place. I attend UCLA so I usually use my Meal plan to eat, but I don't think the pricing is too bad either. Pros- *all the things I've tried are really good such as the Florentine Panini, lasagna, Parma pollo panini, and the pizzas *the outsize seating area is a nice place to eat, catch up with someone or just do homework * they serve gelato!! *they take credit cards Cons * the line always wraps around the building , but I guess you know that the place is good * the food is high in calories and oils-but then again it is pizza *the customized pizzas take roughly 15-20 minutes than the pre-made pizzas.

Great school for a great price if you are a California resident. The school offers all the majors you'd like to have and provides students with the right opportunities to set them up for success. For an urban campus, the school is clean and safe and the food is good as well
