With such prime positioning in the intercontinental building these guys have a fantastic opportunity to run a very successful business. However, the service is rude, and the people fronting this place don’t care- even handing me a card to write a review. When I asked if they read their reviews, they just nodded. They know how awful they are, which makes it worse. I give this place six months to survive unless they turn over their staff.
Fortunately, Starbucks is across the street.

The matcha was a little sharp - could not tone it down with sugar/sweetener, either. On that, there are like 5 types (sugar, Sucralose, saccharine, stevia, and one more).

I have been visiting this place since its opening day and have enjoyed coffee here every time when stayed this hotel.

When it first started, the coffee was incredibly good, and I was truly impressed. However, at some point, I stopped experiencing that great taste—whether it’s due to the baristas or the coffee itself, I’m not sure.

Today, I paid $6 for a latte, and I must say, I don’t think I’ll be spending my money on coffee here anymore.

definitely need improvement.

Save your money and take your business elsewhere. I bought a sandwich that cost me $14. Basically it had nothing on it, but two slices of meat. Pathetic, I would've returned it immediately for a refund or an in kind exchange. Unfortunately, I had grabbed it to go for lunch. I was extremely disappointed in the food ordered, service and the lack of an appropriate response when I brought my concern to the manager the next day. No offers were made for compensation, complementary food or drinks to make it right and to keep my business. Cross posted review on yelp.

The young female staff here is very unfriendly. The coffee taste isn't bad.Something really bothers me because I mess with calculators and other things.Staff training seems to be very necessary.

Are these reviews real? This place sucks. The food is expensive and tastes old and basic. This place is obviously surviving on tourists that don’t know better, but they quickly learn and not be back. Can’t wait for the next coffee place that will surely be here soon.

Terrible customer service. I order a crossiant ham and cheese, ask to heat up my sandwich. My ham and cheese is still cold, brought the sandwich back, they refused to reheat it. Also brought 4 drinks, no drink carrier is offered.

Rude customer service mediocre goods. They are in such a nice space for them to not be kinder.
