their earl grey green iced tea will be our summer drink for 2018. it was so good that we searched for it and it's super hard to find. so hard to find that the only place to order loose tea is online.

This place is just plain awesome. Everything is super fresh and I love the little nick-nacks around the store. I got an ice blended caramel coffee and HK eggs waffle with mochi. I always come here for the egg waffles and they always come out perfect!! Parking is a bit iffy, but I usually come on weekend afternoons and it's not too bad.

visited this lovely hotel and this cafe back in february, and up til this day, ive never had an iced mocha that was as good as theirs. literally the TASTIEST iced mocha and ham and cheese croissant ever. will definitely visit this cafe when i go back to LA again!!!!
