I really love this place! The food is amazing, it's a cozy restaurant with authentic vibes. Love the pesto pasta and cheese pizza. Can't wait to go back. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

We brought some Italian friends here while they were in town. We all enjoyed our meals. The service was a bit off, but not bad. We enjoyed the Caesar Salad and Octopus Salad; My wife enjoyed her Risotto and I loved my Farfalle Angelina. The ambiance was great. Easy to talk and it's a relatively small restaurant so if we needed something they were always pretty close by. Everybody enjoyed their meal.

The food took a little bit of time, longer than usual especially since we did not have any appetizers. But it was well worth the wait. Very nice professional

Ordered delivery. Very cordial and helpful phone service. I’m sure they’re very delightful if you dine in as well, but the food is terrible. I wish the best for them. Hopefully a new chef will be hired or the menu will be changed to suit the talents of the cooks they have. Right now though, the flavor is terrible. This is not italian food, and it barely even looks like it. We ordered chicken ravioli and chicken marsala. The ravioli was a pasty mess with powdery dry flavorless filling, the sauce was dark red and so bitter, i couldn’t even recognize faint tomato flavor. The chicken marsala was too greasy to enjoy and didn’t taste any wine in it. To be fair, these dishes are much more italian american than italian, but I think italian american food could taste better than this? I pray for someone within this establishment to spend some time in italy or at least long island and get a clearer idea of the technique and flavor of this cuisine.

Great, old school spot with generous amounts of delicious pasta and a full menu of italian options. Can't believe this was my first time!

Came in with a reservation and the wait time for food was over an hour. The food was delicious so the wait time would have not been an issue, what was an issue was the fact that parties that showed up 20-30 MINUTES AFTER US got served before us. The waiter did not write our long order down so mistakes were expected. At this point we were too frustrated and hungry to even bring up the issues. We just ate our meals and left.

If you dine at Cafe Angelino the first thing you'll notice is the menu prices are 10-12 dollars more than the menu on Open Table. There is also fine print that * items are $2 more at dinner. Our bill for two was $125 but we got one ply paper napkins. The food was ok, but I've had better. Probably not going to return.

Incredible service and delicious food. Cute and intimate atmosphere. Best Prosciutto we've ever had

I just had dinner here and everything was great. I lived in Italy for a few years so I know good Italian food and. I see it. The Risotto was to die for. The Prosciutto was delicious and the pizza was awesome. .

The service was decent and the waiters were very kind and attentive, but the food was painfully mediocre, and the ambiance was cramped, loud, and uncomfortable. Also the prices are way too high compared to the quality and execution of the dishes. Ordered calamari pasta which tasted extremely bland. Tomato sauce lacked flavor, the calamari was tough, fishy, and basically unseasoned. Even the $14 glass of wine was flavorless. My partner's pasta was a bit better, but imo, was still not up to par for the price point. The total bill for one bad and one passible plate of seafood pasta paired with one glass of mediocre wine was $100. Coming from an Italian family, I'm very familiar with good Italian cooking and how certain dishes should taste; this unfortunately fell disappointingly short. I have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews, as this is was some of the worst Italian food I've ever had. A lot of people must not know what real, well prepared Italian cuisine is supposed to taste like. There are a lot of other Italian restaurants in town that are way better for a fraction of the price. 2 stars because of the kind host / waiter and because the food was edible. Will not be coming back. Ambiance: 2.5/5 Food: 2/5 Service: 4/5 Value: 1/5
