Idk y’all this may be a five star café, and I just got unlucky that I chose less than flavorful options when I went.
I got a cookie and a Matcha latte. Both weren’t as flavorful as I hoped. But this café looked cozy when I passed it so I thought to take a break there while on my outings for the day. As a bicyclist, I was disappointed there was nowhere to park my bike. But I tucked it in the corner by some planters as it felt safe enough there.
If you drive, it’s a tiny parking lot… But please respect the handicap parking. I will admit part of me leaving 4 instead of 5 stars was from the clientele this place seemed to attract. Vibes of a place mean a lot to me, and from my short visit there I saw at least one customer park in the handicap zone just to run in and pickup their order.
If you can dash from handicap parking to the café, you can do the same thing by parking on the street with your blinkers on. Or just go in the corner of the parking lot with your blinkers on… Sorry to linger on that so long, that particularly bothered me - let alone the fact that I didn’t see staff make any comment towards the man that did it.
I do wanna give a shout out to the staff, though. While it took a little while for someone to get my order, the lady that did was very accommodating, and completely unprompted asked if she could remake my drink because she noticed how slowly I was going through it (as noted above, I do prefer drinks/food with stronger flavors). It was a very kind gesture, and I wanted to give a shout out for that.

I’ve always been a big fan of this restaurant, but my last two delivery orders have arrived stone cold (and I was home to receive them, they both arrived early or on time by the GrubHub driver). Today, my Enthusiastic sandwich, which costs over $20 with a gluten free bun, seemed to have been reheated and it was extremely dry and a bit bitter. My potatoes were also luke warm and no condiments were included. In the past, the food had been still so warm that there would be condensation inside the paper box. This time, zero. Are they microwaving orders with old food between the lunch and dinner shifts now?
This has always been my go to comfort meal on a difficult days and I don’t think I’ll ever order from this place again. Once can be a fluke, but twice? I’m wary of trying it again. After 9 years of dining with them, I’m not sure their quality is still delivering.

I come here pretty often and the food and service is consistently excellent. Whenever I see Patrick, he is so warm and welcoming and always shares the latest additions to the menu. I always recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely be back.

I have loved their food for years! Delicious, unique and healthy. I usually get a bowl or salad with appetizers or sides. It's one of my favorite brunches and I do takeout or delivery for lunch and dinner all the time. Their drinks are interesting too, and really good. It's always busy there - popular spot with not much parking, but street parking is available. Plan ahead for a delay to find parking and get a table. 100% worth it! I hope this remains an LA staple for years.

The curry bowl here was absolutely outstanding! It features a base of red lentil dal and spinach, topped with roasted garnet yams, coconut mint chutney, and a flavorful spicy tomato jam. This vegan curry was not only healthy but also very satisfying, with a smooth, well-balanced sauce that matched my taste perfectly. You can choose between rice or quinoa, making the dish both nourishing and texturally balanced in one bowl. It’s a wonderful option not just for vegetarians and vegans, but for anyone looking for a meal that feels wholesome and filling. I also noticed the burgers looked delicious, and the menu overall is quite extensive almost difficult to choose from. The atmosphere inside was stylish, welcoming, and comfortable, with a great terrace area as well. It’s a place I would recommend whether you’re dining with family, friends, or even on your own, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes next time.

A very friendly and pleasant staff greeted us. We got assistance in figuring out what to order from a knowledgeable waiter who was attentive to our needs. We both plan on returning! Parking was a breeze thankfully. It was a little too warm to sit outside but when the weather cools off we will try it out. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Lots of vegan choices. Good stuff. I am a carnivore and I enjoyed the food . Our waitress was very nice and diligent.

Love this place. So many options from healthy to hitting the spot with something special. The crunch wrap was absolutely delicious and my favorite dish. We went to this location and the other location near Santa Monica pier. Plenty of delicious drinks, fresh juices and fresh and whole food options that have titles and ingredients that make you feel good! 🤗 I would frequent this place if I lived nearby.

We love Café gratitude, but this location is my favorite only because of Casey and Constantino. They are super nice, friendly, kind and professional. They make me feel special & I have been coming here everyday for my coffee, deserts or lunch & dinner. Everyone is nice here but Casey & Constantinople are the BEST!! They go above & beyond to make sure the customers needs are met. I look forward to see them every day. Hope they get recognized for their amazing customer service.

Fabulous vegan food! I'm in LA for work and I'm pretty sure I'll be eating there every day! Seriously it's that good!
I love this place! One of the very best plant-based restaurants in Los Angeles. I had the quinoa pasta Alfredo and it was DELICIOUS! I've never had a bad meal here. Our server, Ryan, was excellent. Dog friendly patio, what more can you ask for!
One of my go to vegan spots. Staff is friendly and there are lots of great options on the menu for any time of the day.
