Best customer service ever! They do require a one drink purchase per person to dine in, not a problem for us! I tried the passion fruit slush.. delicious, cool and refreshing with my spicy food order! If I’m in the area, I will always come back!

Ok, this place is the best. We can order boiling crab to go, and then eat here. All we have to do is I buy a drink from her and why wouldn't we? They have really good draft beer, and her mugs are always sooo cold that the beer taste so much better. Please be nice and ask her in advance if you can eat there, she will most likely say yes. For 39 bucks 2 beers and soju, score!

I have never experienced such rudeness and racism in my life. I can’t believe how mistreated I was in this establishment. The waitress walked towards us and told us as I quote “get out”, while opening the door and telling us it was an indigenous cafe and that we couldn’t be there. I asked her if we could order and she proceeded to be racist and said we couldn’t order. As we were leaving out after asking her why she was being so rude , another family of Caucasian decent came in she welcomed them with open hands telling them they could order in the front.I also realized they may be infested with insects as I saw one of some sort crawl across the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this cafe to anyone and I highly think that this establishment should be closed.

Love this little chill spot. Usually relax there to kill some time while waiting for boiling crab but they have the option to eat your to go orders also. Great service helping with that as long as you order some drinks. Makes for a more relaxed eating experience sometimes with one of their bottles of wine. Always love the little complimentary popcorn bowls also

I always order from uber eats. and I don't have a complaint by the way he or she always gives me a free bag of hot cheetos lol... and the Thai tea and strawberry smoothie are really good 👍 😋 the dole whip awesome.

Friend and I went to grab coffee for a takeout. As I was ordering, my friend decided to use the restroom as the owner (old lady) directed. I tried to order coffee and she said coffee is unavailable. As there wassn't anything else we wanted to drink, we just wanted to just leave and go to a different place. However, she did not let us leave unless we order a drink, since I used the washroom. Restroom was for customer only, and she forced us to buy a drink since my friend already used the restroom. There was absolutely no sign of coffee being out of order, she did not let us know before my friend used the washroom. We tried to explain and suggest that there should be signs for any drink that is out of order. She just laughed in a very rude manner, and did not even care what we tried to explain. Terrible customer service, we had to order a boba to avoid more argument that tasted garbage. Avoid this place for your own happiness.

Dad customer servers i went with my husband to sit and have a drink I ask her for a ice tea forme and something for husband but she directed have it so I told her just my ice tea she's aid no I just sell two drink one for each person, I told I just want my ice tea to go and she said no I sell to drink only.
