View was amazing, our food was cold. We had the loaded chips and sliders. It wasn't too busy so I'm not sure if our server might've just picked it up late.

Very easy to get reservations for NYE but you have to pay $30 deposit per person. Food was okay, but you come here for the views. I'm glad it wasn't too crowded during NYE. Although it was raining, we could still see fireworks. The music was nice and we got hats, vuluzeulas, and complimentary glasses champagne. Parking is validated. Overall a nice experience for NYE minus the crowds.

Christmas Eve was the first time we visited the lounge and it was the best decision. Appetizers and drinks were great (although it can use a dessert menu) and the holiday views were perfection especially during for the night. We enjoyed it so much, we made sunset reservations for the next Saturday. I'm sure we'll be back!

Averagely priced. Revolving lounge was quite an experience. It's quite a novelty. Staff was amiable and welcoming. Recommend LA visitors to visit the lounge just before sunset. It's spectacular.

Great please for a date or celebration. The floor rotates on the 35th floor which gives to most beautiful view of downtown at a very slow pace you'd barely notice it. Highly recommended

The restaurant is elegant and the view is amazing. However the food they serve don't match the upscale menu experience. They serve food you can find at a County Fair or a movie theater. Nachos and sliders. No steak or salmon. Missed opportunity in my opinion.

the atmosphere is great and the service is adequate. But the huge stinger is they currently do not serve any food here in the lounge- only drinks. You may see their menu with food options on it, but as of current, there is no food being served. the other outlets in the hotel do have food though.

It was such a cool experience but the reason for my reservation was to celebrate an anniversary with dinner and drinks, I was disappointed when the host told us they weren't serving food. I wish they would've included a notice on their website or maybe even called me ahead of time to let me know their kitchen is temporarily closed.
