We really loved the place. Everything is just perfect: service, food, ambience, It is a very elegant place with hotel and restaurant together with a lot of history. We simply loved it!!!

Wonderful location, the place is a former Italian bank. The style and decoration are amazing. Service is really friendly. Everything is there to be one of the most successful restaurant. The only thing is that the food could be better, at the level of the place. The food was ok but not mind blowing and some products not at the right level of quality.

My wife and I came in on a slow monday. From the start, the manager and our server BRETT were so attentive. They were very sweet and informative on the menu items. Our server Brett was amazing from start to finish. He is what hospitality is all about and more. Overall, the food was amazing but the service was 10x better. They took time to acknowledge my wife's promotion and made us feel so happy and appreciated. Such an amazing experience. Will be coming back very soon. #brettssection

Took my husband for his birthday, we loved it here the who experience here was great the customer service was great food was so delicious... my favorite dish was the Hamachi which was an appetizer but honestly I think you can't go wrong with anything you order. I recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing food and service. I got a pesto pasta and chicken parm., we also got the scallops, mashed potatoes, frito misto, and two desserts along with coffee. I enjoyed everything. I would say everything was perfectly balanced and just hit the spot. Highly recommend and would love to go back. I also enjoyed our table area secluded and the atmosphere was quite pleasant

A very aesthetic restaurant to dine in with a special partner. Very little noise, and music isn't loud enough where you can't conversate with the person sitting near you. Service was phenomenal, and so were the drinks!

Beautiful space, a worth replacement for nomad, which I loved. Every item we got was delicious (bucatini vongole, Maine lobster rigatoni, blue spot prawns, hamachi, side salad, earl grey panna cotta, almond ginger cake). Service was friendly and kind. The bank vault bathroom downstairs is still there. Always fun. We left very happy with our meal.

we enjoyed our daughter's birthday celebration , great service and ambiance. Our waiter was Issac , he was very friendly and attentive. He gave us wrong info regarding valet parking validation ( validation is not included) I guess miscommunication we did ask him twice.

Food was Excellent, however the waitress was very dull..no personality whatsoever I almost felt uncomfortable to ask her any questions about the menu. I would go back the restaurant in itself was beautiful however, hoping to get better service.

Booked reservations for the NYE experience, several things hotel doesn't quite look like the photos on here not as aesthetic. As soon as my party and I walked in we were met with stares as if we were back in the 1920's and didn't belong, a lady and her guest seated beside us stared at us the entire night as if we were there for amusement purposes. Regarding the experience there was false advertising beginning with the menu that offered a selection of oysters for appetizers which they didn't have reporting to have ran out. A staff later informed my party that the owners didn't pay the oysters supplier not only is that unprofessional but misleading especially for the cost. The serving of the main course was small there was no replacement choice that was comparable to the oysters. There was also false advertising as to small bites and champagne on their upper level overall this was an underwhelming overpriced experience that wasn't worth my time or money fortunately I was in good company, the food wasn't bad taste wise however I will not be back nor do I recommend.

No siguieron mi solicitud de alergia a los mariscos y dos veces me llevaron platillos incorrectos. El ambiente era demasiado tranquilo en una experiencia que ofrecían de fin de año. Parecia una cena cualquiera día

The staff members were wonderful but stretched too thin. We brought our own wine and paid a corkage fee but the wine was poured for us only once. I didn't see if there was a wine list, but they did provide a glass of champagne. This was a prix fixe dinner for New Year's Eve. It cost $140 but it was not worth it. We were told two days before that the service would only be prix fixe. We had reserved the restaurant specifically because it was not prix fixe. The meal was nothing special. The first course choices were simple salads, focacia bread and oysters. However they had run out of oysters by 8pm. My main dish (black cod) was good but not great. The highlights of the meal were the best French Fries ever. The side of brussels sprouts was good too. The cheesecake for dessert was wonderful. We heard the chef was brought in from the East Coast two days before the meal. This may not be true, but the meal itself was evidence that something was not up to par.

Excellent everything! Food and service were phenomenal. We had the lobster rigatoni and spaghetti, foccacia, Brussel sprouts, and almond cake. One of the best meals we've had.

I made a reservation for dinner at the bar. After I was seated, I asked for the happy hour menu. I was told the happy hour menu was only served in the bar. I was told I had been seated one table away from the bar. I was shown options to sit at a shared table, with barstools with no back, or at a sofa with no table. Why was I allowed to make a dinner reservation at the bar if there were no such tables? After walking around trying to find a bar seat where I could comfortably eat dinner, I was told I could sit at the table I had been seated at originally and would be accommodated with the happy hour menu. Then the server started the same chaos about happy hour only being served at the bar all over again. Then the server refused to give me a second glass of happy hour wine. Something about only the first one was free. I didn't ask for a free glass. I asked for a happy hour glass. And the first one wasn't free, by the way. It was such an uncomfortable meal! I was made to feel as though everything I was doing was wrong! If bar seating for dinner is not an option, then please remove that option from the reservation choices!
