Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

The food was absolutely terrible. The food was like warm, not even hot. The flavor tasted like old Taco Bell that had not been re-heated. They person who put the food in my Shrimp citrus bowl, put it in the bowl like slop. I will NEVER eat here again. EVER! This shouldn’t even be considered Mexican food

I think Chipotle taste better. And the staff here on Saturday look so miserable. Except for one gentleman. When you ask for something, it feels like you said something wrong.

My first time going here & althoughthe food was really tasty my experience was ruined by the poor customer service. It was annoying to receive attitude from the staff lots eye-rolling and spoke in a childish manner when confronted about making a mistake with the ordering processThe attitude was making it difficult for me to fully enjoy my meal.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. This is by far the worst Cafe Rio I have been to when it comes to the food. The food is not that good and super salty. I’ve only been here a handful of times but not anymore. Ordered a barbacoa quesadilla and didn’t realize they have two types of barbacoa; sweet pork and beef. If you have two types of the same beef wouldn’t it make sense to ask the customer which kind they want? Nope! They gave me the sweet pork which was just way too sweet. The salads wasn’t good either, tasted bland. The guacamole was browning and too salty.

Hit em up on Taco Tuesday! Good deal & good tacos. Can't speak for the rest of the menu. One thing. Ask.for your cheese on top or they will cook it into the tortilla.
