Let me start off by saying that Owen is amazing! Such a pleasure. I was in the mood for a burrito so that's what I ordered. They let me try their pollo asada and it was tasty. That's what I decided to put in the burrito. I noticed that the portion size was very small for your typical burrito. The chicken, rice and beans. For $14 you should get way more meat etc. Then she wrapped up the burrito without putting in the sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. I asked to have them add that to the inside of the burrito after it was folded. Then I asked for some sides of salsa roja and their creamy dressing which is to die for!! It's used for salads but I drizzled it on my burrito. Delicious! I took my order to go so I didn't dine in there but inside is pretty spacious and clean. I'll be back for sure but I'll be asking for more meats next time because honestly I was still hungry after I finished my food.

I always get the sweet pork barbacoa quesadilla and it is always delicious. The queso is to die for as well. Friendly staff and the food is definitely worth the wait.

My first time going here & althoughthe food was really tasty my experience was ruined by the poor customer service. It was annoying to receive attitude from the staff lots eye-rolling and spoke in a childish manner when confronted about making a mistake with the ordering processThe attitude was making it difficult for me to fully enjoy my meal.

It was ok, but we prefer everything in our burrito, not all the toppings on top ( cheese, salsa, lettuce, guacamole). And all the meat we tried was so sweet. We had the pollo asado, the fire roasted steak, and the kids had a quesadilla with the sweet pork barbacoa. The pork tasted like it had maple syrup poured on top. The pollo asada was a little sweet, but it built up by the end and we couldn't even finish it. Even with the rice, beans, medium salsa, pico, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Same with the fire roasted steak. We wanted to like this place, but the 3 different meats we had were so sweet we won't be able to eat them again.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. This is by far the worst Cafe Rio I have been to when it comes to the food. The food is not that good and super salty. I’ve only been here a handful of times but not anymore. Ordered a barbacoa quesadilla and didn’t realize they have two types of barbacoa; sweet pork and beef. If you have two types of the same beef wouldn’t it make sense to ask the customer which kind they want? Nope! They gave me the sweet pork which was just way too sweet. The salads wasn’t good either, tasted bland. The guacamole was browning and too salty.

Forget the other meat they have and just order the Sweet Pork Barbacoa tacos. Better yet, forget the taco and just order the Sweet Pork Barbacoa Nachos, and don't forget the white dipping sauce to pour over it! It is so good!!! Has that perfect blend of sweet and salty. My second fave was their Pollo Asado tacos, the rest of the meat can't even compare to those two. I wish I don't live so far, because I've been craving that Nachos for the last 3 days now..
Hit em up on Taco Tuesday! Good deal & good tacos. Can't speak for the rest of the menu. One thing. Ask.for your cheese on top or they will cook it into the tortilla.

Walked in and it just felt weird, I order a burrito and the pour the bottom of the bucket onto the burrito pull a bag of meat out of heater saying it's 3 year old meat and cut it open over my burrito, then when they try and fold my burrito it just breaks and has holes all over it and just leave it. I instantly don't wanna even touch my food after hearing that and seeing that. No leadership the older man was just joking around with the younger guy too.
