Nobody tells you that the parking is only validated for 30 mins and it's $12 for staying an hour extra. What a scam, avg coffee and food and a ripoff parking structure. Never coming back

So, so good—I had the special Pistachio Cinnamon latte with a Matcha base and it was delightful. The baristas were so nice, and the seating area was great. Will definitely be back, so glad we found this place!

Super cutie coffee shop.
Drove here twice and they were closed without updating their Google hours. Waste of time and gas.

The courtyard and modern feel with the artistic design create a vibe that beats any of the cafes nearby. Good coffee and selection of nom noms. Somewhat weather dependent given its all outdoor set up… but peaceful and ideal for a quick work session online. NOTE: the parking structure is $8 for the time it took to have the coffee = $13 cup of Joe!

Enjoyed the different flavours of latte that they offered in their seasonal drink. Atmosphere was very chill, you can come in enjoy a hot cup of coffee and grab a warm meal which they toast for you. Loved the vibe.

Cute tucked awa coffee shop. Quick and friendly service.
They didn't charge extra for milk alternatives.
I had the golden milk latte. It's very spicy and yummy. However, I asked for hot drink but it was barley warm.
IMO it's a bit pricey.
Has a college vibe.
There are a few indoor tables to sit and enjoy your drink.
Park at the structure near it. They validate.

Great spot for a latte.
Quiet courtyard for a work call or chat with friends.
Try the Mexican Mocba for a fun holiday flavor.
The honey lavender is my favorite!

I love this place!! It’s open air with covered and outdoor seating. The decor is colorful and inviting! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products! I got an iced cookie butter latte and it’s delicious! Prefect balance of sweet and coffee just like the barista said! There’s a parking garage attached and that’s always good! Will definitely be back!
Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of milk alternatives

Skip the Blue Bottle, trust me…open air seating is awesome, Barista super friendly. Not a massive Nestle chain like BB.

Hidden little place, with a few seating options and a lovely outside common sitting area.
Service really good and food delicious, I follow the recommendations and got a chocolate muffin - dense and very rich - and a turkey / Swiss croissant, to die for. I also tried their lavender honey latte, they were able to make it decaf and with oat milk.. for people like me who can't take neither caffeine nor milk, yet love the taste of latte.
