I love the concept of Nandarang and I feel like Koreatown should have more places like this!Looking for a fun spot to hang out at in Koreatown that wasn't a bar or KBBQ on a Saturday evening, we decided to give Nandarang a try, since it was described as being a gastropub with Korean comfort/pub grub style food. It's very spacious inside with plenty of tables. I was a little disappointed to see that there were only a few other people there - I hope that it was just that day, as this place deserves a lot more attention!!Service was attentive and friendly, and we quickly had our food and drink orders being brought out.I loved everything we got! There's more traditional grub like mozzarella sticks that tasted cheesy and delicious, as well as items with Korean twists to them, such as a Kimchi Shrimp Pasta that I LOVED.Seriously though, that Kimchi Pasta is now at the top of my list for favorite pastas in LA - unique, flavorful, creamy, spicy but not too much....it's SO good!Korean staples such as the corn cheese were similarly creamy, delicious, and delectably enjoyable.Paired with some hot sake and we had a wonderful evening and meal!I loved my visit to Nandarang and would love to go back! If you're looking for a great Korean comfort food & gastropub spot that's clean and modern inside and has both delicious staples and unique bites, you'll definitely want to try it out as well!

I honestly feel like people are asleep on this little gem. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing. It is on the pricy side but the portions are generous. My husband and I usually get a plate of something different and we split and share. Their sampler is delicious and their short ribs are so yummy as well. Don't get me started on their onion rings! Their alcohol is a great selection too. Give the place a chance. ✨

I spend so much time in KTown. There are always plenty of restaurants to check out (both new and old). Nandarang is on the newer side. I like the vibe because it mixes pub with Korean comfort/bar food. They have so many beers available on draft and bottled. They also have select cocktails and various spirits. If you're not imbibing, they have juice, smoothies, and espresso as well. The food options are great! We tried the animal style fries, Korean fried chicken wings, bulgogi, galbi, mentaiko pasta, kimchi fried rice, and dukbokki. Everything was great and perfect to pair with their drink options. The wings were crispy and juicy, the bulgogi and galbi was tender, the fries were packed with toppings like bacon and a fried egg, the pasta was creamy, and the dukbokki and kimchi fried rice paired great with everything else. I also really liked the vibe. The interior is welcoming with a casual setting and very spacious. The service was superb!

They said that they were closed when I came in at 1 am. But yet advertised to be open at 2

Great place to enjoy some beer and Korean appetizers while catching some of your favorite sports! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual hangout spot in K-Town!

Call me old fashioned but miss the Nandarang cafe of old?? Now a craft beer sports bar? Vibe and decor soooo different and food was pretty good and great drink options but definitely not the same great food or vibe of old?

Stopped by at 12:50 on a Wednesday and the server said they were close . Me and my partner were confused since it says they close at 2am.

OMG, amazingly good food to go along with a decent selection of beers. We ordered the kimchi pasta with bacon ?, Korean BBQ pork tacos, and animal fries. All of it was so dang good and portions were huge. There were 4 of us and we left with food.Service was attentive, but not overbearing. Food came out quickly and piping hot ?.Stumbling distance to the Wiltern.Go.
