That doesn’t make sense but the lady didn’t give in. Only after the payment went through, she granted a permission to use their bathroom. Cappuccino was good but the service was horrible. No wonder the place was empty on Friday afternoon.

I went to this place with my friends, we ordered 2 drinks, and macaroons to share. The cashier lady was so rude and was really hard to understand. After we ordered we sat at the couch and the cashier came and forced me to order the third drink. She asked me to get out if I don’t order and told me i can only sit if i order a drink. We told her that we were sharing the food and we already ordered, she kept telling me to order or leave. It was so rude and first time that i encountered something like this.Also the macaroons were not even fresh, they were hard like rock, we couldn’t even finish them.

I saw a lot of review saying the service wasn’t good but i think it’s the languages barrier/miscommunication! the owner is korean and i could tell she felt more comfortable speaking to me in korean. she came to my table just say hi and check if everything was fine and was sweet. the wifi is good and its very peaceful and nice to get work done!

First, the parking is FREE?! This is so rare in LA to be able to park in a huge lot at no cost and there were practically no other cars so plenty of space! Don't try to come here just for parking though bc there are security cameras and it seems they monitor the area. It's not worth the $90 ticket or $300 tow.I was really craving bingsoo and I finally found a photo of red bean bingsoo with fruits on this place's yelp page so I came expecting to eat that. But upon ordering, we find they only have a limited selection. We were only able to get the misugaru shaved ice which is fine but when we asked to order fruits separately on the side, the lady adamantly refused (which I don't see why not? You can literally order strawberry shaved ice that comes with strawberries so why can't we just pay for strawberries on the side). Additionally there are signs everywhere that says "no outside food/drinks" like right when you enter and on your table. I get it, but I feel like just one or two signs would suffice. It kind of takes away from the vibe for me. When the shaved ice came out, it was in a plastic container I suppose to avoid spills but it honestly takes away from the aesthetic.It's a huge nice little place with great windows but one lady working the cashier and orders. It would be nice to come to get some work done quietly but the place just altogether feels a little unprofessional.

If you are a crepe cake lover, this is your cafe. Specially now that the other cafe on Western has closed, this is pretty much the only cafe in the area that serves crepe cakes

Ordered a peach iced tea and americano but it was too sweet and strong for me. There are some things you should know :1. No outside food allowed2. Service is meh3. Wifi is on the receipt and no signs to say that. But also, the wifi lags a lot.4. If you're ordering something refreshing, those are two sweet. If you're ordering black coffee, it's strong.

yeah pretty rude cashier like all the reviews say I got up from my seat to sit on the sofa and she comes up to me and tells me to get up and gets super irritated with me when I ask why and just says 얼른 in informal speech (basically hurry up) and then makes a whole show of getting a rag to wipe the spot I was sitting on as if I was a bug or something lol... also there's no heating it's super cold and barely any outlets and no prices on the board - never coming back <3

The crepe cake was not fresh it had an odd taste and wasn’t soft. I’ve had better at Boba Time. She didn’t even allow us to sit when online it says she closes at 7:30 but we got there at 6:30 and said she was closing at 7. Just bad service. Did not try coffee so don’t know if they were good.
Stopped in for a bite since I was in the area, had an iced chai and the banana whipped cream waffle. It was great! Nice, peaceful environment, would totally come here to enjoy a book and some coffee.

The place is most definitely peaceful, however they have roaches. I came into this establishment to study and I had my small water bottle in hand. She stopped me at the door and said no outside drinks. I put my stainless steel water bottle in the car. Proceeded back into the establishment, opened my books and started my studies. About 30 mins pass and I noticed the lady constantly walking pass cleaning off the table and side eyeing me, she did it 3 times. The third time I asked her was it a problem and she said in order for me to study I had to buy something. I said ok fine. I began to look through my backpack for my wallet and she's just standing there, than begins to tap the table with her towel yelling saying I have to buy something or leave. I didn't get the opportunity to even get my wallet out the bottom of my backpack. Worst experience ever I won't be returning!!!!

Horrible experience. Never go to this place. Coffee was trash. I asked lady politely to replace my coffee she said no and told me “don’t come back”. We support your business! Don’t treat your customer in that way! Of course, I’ll never go back to this place!

you can use only one power outlet socket even there's no person who use them. there was a bug crawling on the wall next to me. The owner was keep watching me if I use another outlet or not. Don't come here if you wanna charge something. I could only see few(like 3?) outlets even tho the cafe was huge.
