First off the chicken is pretty dang good and service is pretty quick 10 mins or less usually , I'd give it a 8.3/10 on a bigger scale. The Chicken is juicy , crispy and has a unique flavor with out being too salty. The hot sauce is Cajun so it has a fish fry taste to it which is good but I think Jim dandy's has way better hot sauce and quite frankly chicken also but if you don't want to drive across town this is good enough instead of Jim's and yes Cajun Louisiana is better than pioneers, Gus's, Charlie's , golden ox & lousiana's to me .

For fast food restaurant, I must say the chicken was hot and fresh just fried a new batch I would guess Fries were hot and fresh too decent looking on the inside of the establishment

So these people have amazing gumbo but they like to play games and that shit annoying I went Thursday morning they told me I had to eat till Friday- Saturday I went Friday and they told me I had to wait until after 3 I called after 3 and they told me I had to wait 2 hours I waited 3 hours and when I went back up there they told me they aren't having gumbo today and they prices are outrageous prices for the gumbo make sense but they are outrages

The food is absolutely disgusting the chicken taste like old grease and it had an awkward smell the potato salad is ok the cajun rice was more like mush and they are very very slow

They are great at providing excellent customer service. The food is always cooked to perfection in whatever way I make my request and is ready for pick up when I arrive. The Asian woman is always so very accommodating and knows me so well. She always says hi (my son's name) mom.
