Calif Chicken Cafe has never disappointed. I had never been to this location. It was an extremely well run restaurant. IYKYK to order via the website. This insures that food is ready & fresh. Did I say fresh? The hot food is hot and the salad is never wilted or old looking.
Coming to Calif Chicken is a treat when I'm anywhere near a location.

Me and my family have been coming to this location for many years now and it makes me sad to write this review but it has to be said hopefully the management sees it.
What has happened with your food and your chefs and how they prepare things its never consistent! It's a roll of the dice if the food is going to be good or it's going to be bad. Whoever was working in the kitchen for the many years we have been enjoying your restaurant was amazing! In the past 6 months it just makes me not want to come because I don't want to feed my family dry chicken!

Some days the food is great but other days it's pretty underwhelming. It's too inconsistent. I recently ordered the Caesar wrap and a side of chicken pasta salad. The side was delicious but the wrap had very little chicken. Such a contrast to few weeks back when the chicken portion was fine.

TOTAL FAILURE
I ordered over $400 worth of catering for a UCLA classroom event and they failed TWICE to deliver it. The first time, the driver arrived and gave it to some thief - helped load it into his car. They apparently did not ask for the name or order number - just believed someone who said the order was for him. Ok, a mistake. My large group went hungry. But then I talked to the catering department, who said that they would try again this week. They said that they would use the same driver, and get him to do it correctly, to contact me and arrange for me to pick it up. NO FOOD - no contact - nothing. My large group went hungry AGAIN. INCREDIBLY INFURIATING. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING.

Great food with a great staff. Love the chicken pasta salad.
i was parking in street meter. they asked me to please move the car which i didnt. they think they own the street just so that their customers can freely puck up and order without going to their parking! they were trying for me to park in parking while i wasnt their customer or the panda customer

Their wraps like the combo wrap are fresh and tasty. They pack so much into it. Ask for a side of caesar or other dressing to dip it in. So good.
