Food is great, I’ve had 3 different wraps from here and they were all very delicious. Ranch was phenomenal as well. Chocolate chip cookies are tasty and the salads are good. Not over priced

Always love the Triple C! I knock them just because they still havent fully reopened their dining area since covid. The way its set up it seems they would rather take your food to go. But food is outstanding!

DTLA location is terrible bit into my vegan wrap there wad a straight hair inside. Never going back again made me so disgusted. you cant even sit down and they are always packed catering to police ppl and firefighters all the time

They had me wait over 23 minutes for two ice coffees and even then they would never have given me my order if I didn't go up and ask what was taking so long. As I was waiting, around the 20 minute mark, a lady walked in and ordered two ice coffees and they gave them to her right away. Why was I made to wait over 20 minutes? Why wasn't my order given to me right away? Extremely horrible customer service.

This is the leg and thigh combo I received via their delivery service. Soggy, no crispy skin though I selected their “well done” option when ordering, and so so small for a thigh portion? Sad because I had read really good reviews.
Salads are Amazing!! When I ate chicken it was very tasty also. One issue, I'm allergic to Avocado & I ALWAYS say NO AVOCADO when ordering ahead. 96% of the time, Avocado WILL be on the salad, I'll have to wait for them to fix another. I still love'em and will continue to go!!

Been to this location multiple times now. Parking can be challenging depending on the time. There is some street parking, and a paid structure, fast service, never a long line, friendly staff, have had 2 ordered messed up, but the food if good and always the same quality as expected, like many of their locations now, no seating available and must use a QR code to view the menu. Will return, and recommend, lots of homeless in the area, smells like urine that’s some of the negative here

The food here is so good. It's light, fresh, filling. The cross sections on the wraps are gorgeous. Cookies here are bomb too, the potatoes are chefs kisses. I can get full from just half a wrap then save the rest for later. Usually pretty quick service.

I've been driving by almost every day lately on my way home and always notice a lot of customers coming and going from this place CALIF CHICKEN CAFE and I told my self that I have to come and check this place out and roday was that day and it was no disappointment from the nice and friendly service from their staff to the CHICKEN?? super delicious by the way I'm hooked and coming back for sure ? % recommended???

Mauricio provided flawless service at my car window. I hardly ever leave any reviews but his efficiency and friendliness truly stood out and I wanted to tip but didn’t have the option. It would be awesome to add an optional tipping option that’s not in the customers face but that can still be selected as we all know that it's expensive to live out here, and service like this deserves more than the minimum. I haven't even eaten yet, but I'm sure the food will be fantastic as usual. Thanks!
