There are limited food options in Terminal 4. My wife and I eat here every couple of months when we fly out of LAX. Yesterday, we shared the hummus and pita appetizer and some drinks. The hummus was pretty flavorless. The drinks were good. Campanile has Goose Island on tap; the Altitude Project Cabernet Sauvignon was good (9 oz. pour for $13.50). Our server (Martha) was nice; the place is busy, so patrons have to be patient.

Not many options at LAX, terminal 4. Food was ok, drinks were very expensive $19 for a margarita! Table was in need of fixing, it had electrical wires sticking out of it!

This is very convenient to have a drink before you depart on your flight. The bartender is very quick and attentative. This doesnt get too overly crowded that you cannot find a seat at the bar. The usual selection of food and drinks are offered. I normally go here on my trips out when I have a few extra minutes.

Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. Couldn’t rate the food because the service was so lousy I didn’t get that far. Don’t go here; you will be disappointed.

Campanile We had three hours between flights so really wanted a relaxing lunch so selected this restaurant as there were no others in the concourse we were in a that even offered a meal my husband could eat ( pizzas were out.) We were so disappointed. We had to wait a long time after being seated for the waitress to come and she had a lot of trouble understanding our order. A long wait for the food and the hamburgers were not worth the price at all. Plastic utensils for a sit-down restaurant? And cery few smiles by the waitstaff.. if any. Hope we don’t get stuck on that concourse again!!

I just visited the employee cafeteria in LAX under the management of Daniel Ko, I ordered an onion bagel with (2) eggs, and the young lady asked if I would like lettuce and tomato with that, I said sure. Please note that I ordered this same thing the prior week, and was charged $3 plus tax. When I reached the cashier (D. Ko) I was charged $4.38, I asked how and he said this is a bagel sandwich, I explained that the young lady may have formed a bagel sandwich however I ordered an onion bagel and (2) eggs, he said well it jas lettuce and tomato, which I told him was offered to me upon ordering, he said well you should have asked if it was free. I told him i would just take what i ordered and my change. He informed me he did not need my business and said he was going to call the police on me if i didnt leave. This is ridiculous. Its disrespectful to myself and your family, shameful. To be treated like this after I placed a very clear order it was trying to be ripped off by your son. He is right you do not need my business and will not have it.
