I called about a stolen card and he got angry and hung up several times. Did you use it yourself?

I politely asked about using stolen card at the store, but just yelling and hanging up. Very rude and impolite.

I wanted to buy and I asked the man who attended me if I could use the bathroom because my 7-year-old son wanted to use it and the very rude man told me that the bathroom was not public and that he didn't care if my son got stuck in the bathroom. clothes but the bathroom was not public ? maybe he was never a child or maybe he has never used a bathroom other than the dream or maybe he has never had an emergency like what happened to my son

Extremely poor customer service, very disappointed. After asking if they still had an item that was carried before (cold brew in container with blue cap) older male employee said 'bye' in a very dismissive way;even though I was still interested in a donut or two. These employees should learn from the employees in the Ktown/Little Bangladesh location when it comes to customer service. They're going to keep losing customers and receiving negative reviews if they keep at it.

This place is not at all what it looks like on google. It's a hole in the wall with like 3 types of donuts that look like they've been sitting there for weeks. Don't waste your time. We didn't even get a donut they looked that bad.

I wouldn’t recommend this donut shop. The donuts were extremely bland. We got the Reese’s, matcha, and horchata. None of these donuts were good. It seemed like a waste of money and calories.

Ive came to this donut shop a few times already but today when I went All I asked was for a piece of paper and pen/ pencil and The guy was so rude to me he yelled at me and turned away headed to the back of the shop leaving m me at the counter surprised then he continues to yell out im busy leave me alone, costumer service is horrible and might as while say something about how sometimes my donut is still doughy which means it's not even cooked all the way through which I mean I try to ignore n still come here to give them the benefit of the doubt but I didn't deserve being yelled at or ignored all because I asked for a piece of paper and a pen he could've just said no n I would've been on about my day I recommend that you don't go here and plus it don't have no AC so It's really hot and humid inside

Great selection, nothing wrong with this location, but it's the people. There's these crazy religious people who scream into a microphone and it's unbearable to be in line there. I don't know if the store is doing anything about these loiterers but it's just better to go to the bakery up the street, away from the screaming
