There is a happy hour here Monday through Friday 3 to 6 PM and everything is delicious. I just got an eight dollar martini with TITOSso yes come and parking is only seven dollars because they validate. The manager Beatrice is really sweet.

Great place great food. Service was excellent, the place wasn’t full and it was quite enough to enjoy talking and chatting. Great place seriously.

I love coming to CPK but I was left very disappointed yesterday. I ordered the Chicken Piccata Pasta but was disappointed with the portion size especially for the price. I’ve had the pasta before and the portion size has been a lot bigger than what I was served yesterday. It barely had any pasta and I ended up finishing it in 4 bites. I could pick it up all the pasta I was served in one scoop. Usually the service is very good but this time it felt like I was getting drive thru service. My sever just dropped off the food and utensils at my table and quickly left.

During my visit, I ordered the Thai chicken salad, and the salad came with no chicken. The chicken was brought on the side after questioning the entrée. And then when I had an An entrée ordered to go, It had a piece of plastic in The pasta. Unfortunately, while The person I was dying with they were having a salad and a book flew out of the salad and was dancing around the other plates, and the manager took the item Back apologize and took it off the bill. It was the worst experience that I’ve had at a CPK.

Food was great. Service was great. Just moved to California from Florida and this was where my family and I ate our first night. It was awesome.

Anthony literally makes the dining experience feel like your at home. And to top that he is attentive and is on top of the service. Always 5 stars 🌟 and if I owned this branch I'd promote him before I lose him.

I was tempted to post a picture of my vomit to show what happened, but that would be too disturbing, so I’ll just explain clearly.

I’m visiting California from Florida, and this was my first time eating at this restaurant with a friend. I ordered the spinach dip and the Salmon Piccata. The spinach dip tasted off — watery and bland. Honestly, Applebee’s version tastes better. I still ate some of it anyway. The lemon cream noodles in the piccata were actually good and reminded me of other fine dining places, but the salmon itself was overcooked and very dry. I couldn’t finish half of it because I thought maybe I just wasn’t hungry.

About an hour after leaving, I went to my friend’s home and ended up throwing up five times.

For context, my stomach reacts fast when something is old or contaminated, and unfortunately, this felt exactly like that. I travel a lot — 45 states, 6 countries — and I just returned from Thailand where I ate street food daily with zero issues. But one meal here made me violently sick.

The next day, I called to politely ask if a refund was possible. They said they’d look into it and call back, but they never did. When I called again, a different manager questioned why I didn’t say anything that same night and told me their dishes are “popular” and they “never” get complaints. I tried explaining my situation, but the manager kept repeating that I was the only one complaining, basically dismissing my concern entirely.

Just because other people didn’t get sick does not mean my specific dish wasn’t contaminated. That’s not how food safety works.

If you look into my contributions, I have plenty of reviews at different restaurants. I have a good understanding of what proper food quality should taste like.

Overall, extremely disappointed — both by the food quality and the way management handled the situation. The meal was overpriced, gross, and the service afterward was terrible. The waiver did a great job though.

If you want Italian food, please go to an authentic Italian restaurant instead.

Waited and waited for someone to acknowledge me and wait my table. I had to get someones attention myself after waiting and watching people who were seated and eating when I entered, leave out and nobody waited my table just walked on by. Terrible service.

Haven’t been in DTLA in the evening hours in some time. Walked past your location tonight. Saw both sides of the building had, out of order signage, and knew immediately it wasn’t a location worthy of eating at currently. If you did this for myself alone tonight; done. If not, you have a problem you should probably address; don’t know if that means fix or shutter, but you’ll figure it out.
