California Pizza Kitchen at 7th Street

Highly recommend this place. Flavor of food is great, but more importantly the service is attentive and friendly.

I live next door to a CPK and that is NOT good. Why? Delicious! I had the chicken Picata and since I prefer mine just SLIGHTLY a little more done than most, I asked and I received. Delicious. When I am not eating this or the Jumbalaya, I have actually still ordered a loaf of fresh hot bread to take upstairs and eat with whatever I am making. I am on the smaller side of the scale but my partner is one that hovers in a zone between hot and hotter (i like a man that eats but still looks healthy) and this puts him in the hotter zone for me. He is happy and fed and I am happy that my eyes, which are rapidly deteriorating, will at least have a beautiful specimen of a man as my final 'sight' which will be emblazoned upon my memory. Thanks CPK! U need to eat this food!

The waitress was quite unprofessional. She did not provide utensils and plates until we asked for them. We used gift cards from Costco to pay our bill. When we settled it with three gift cards, the waitress mistakenly claimed that we had only given her two. I assumed she was upset because we had made some complaints about her service at the end of our dinner. Horrible experiences.

Beyond delicious! Every bite was pure happiness. I would 100% get it again without thinking twice!

A very unique pizza location. Great place for a social gathering or a dinner for two. They offer a great selection of meals.

The food was very delicious, which is why we deeply regret having to write this review. However, we were overcharged by $10 on our credit card after our visit. On the receipt, we had noted a total amount of $66, including the tip, but $76 was charged instead.

Since we are tourists, the roaming fees are not worth calling the restaurant, as we would likely end up paying even more.

But be sure to check your credit card bills carefully, when you do tipping here. There can be no misunderstanding between $76 and $66— a 7 does not look like a 6. We therefore believe that the waiter did this intentionally because we are not from here.
