California Pizza Kitchen at 7th Street

Hello my dear DTLA CPK, tonight again and one more time I did enjoy the place, the bartenders always attempted to make me feel better that home; Jose the manager is an excellent and exceptional human being; tonight me and my family have been enjoying our dinner and the best red sangria recipe, no questions about it, but like I mentioned before; I do enjoy to se one of my favorite CPK managers ( Jose) because he is just in another level of restaurant business management, I hope he can be promoted to a new position in the corporation, he knows how to take care of LA guests; thank you so much for your service and kindness.

Always a good experience picking up takeout from this CPK on Figueroa St in downtown L.A They have a separate door / section for pickup orders from the main entrance / dining room, which is convenient. Orders always packed nicely with red peppers+Parmesan packets and utensils, without having to ask. Efficient, pleasant and professional staff. I keep coming back to order at CPK downtown L.A again and again.

Service and food was amazing! Just the atmosphere outside of the restaurant wasn't the most appealing, indoors was kept up nicely even though they were in the middle of a dinner rush. Would definitely dine here again.

Solidly good for what it is, the new bbq brisket pizza is very good. Not going to win any awards but if you want a reasonable pizza at a reasonable price for the area, you could do a lot worse.

Amazing food, terrible service. We had to ask 3 different people for bread and saw our own service maybe twice before he bailed on us entirely. Really disappointing

Ordered food 11:40. Pick up claimed to be ready at 12.. it’s 12:22, I’m here and food isn’t ready yet. This is insane.
