Sherry, was rude toward us from the moment we‘ve arrived and it continued throughout the meal, making us very uncomfortable.We wanted to leave but it was too late as we had already ordered. This person shouldn’t be working in customer service, if she can’t treat customers nicely and make them feel welcome.The whole experience was really unpleasant and we were struggling to enjoy our meal before our flight.The manager on site, was amazing and really emphatic towards us due to our negative experience and listened to our concerns.Mae tried to make everything right by us and was very professional.

Shockingly poor service and now they're adding 20% to the check automatically. The employees are responding by not caring at all, about providing service.Could not get parmesan cheese, plates, silverware, a drink refill and the check.

Worst experience ever in any airport restaurant I’ve been to. Our server was indifferent to us, we ordered a pizza, but we’re not given cutlery even when the pizza was ready on our table. When we asked nicely for some cutlery, the lady said with a shocking tone “If you want some for pizza”, like we should just eat with our bare hands?For the pizza, feels like some frozen food got just warmed up, but cost 23$ here.And what’s more, here is picture of the cutlery we’re given after the short conversation - never seen any dirtier knives/forks in anywhere else in my life.Oh, don’t forget that they automatically charge you 20% for “gratitude, and still offer you one more chance to enter tips in the pay machine(yes, on top of the 20%), what a wonderful place.

Pretty slow service, especially for an airport. Several menu items were unavailable. Served with paper cups and no lids. Mandatory 20% service charge. Portions a little smaller than a typical CPK. Chicken in BBQ salad was undercooked. Found a body hair in my salad. On the plus side, the avocado was fresh and the kids enjoyed their pizza.

The Kung Pao spaghetti tasted like frozen noodles that are warmed up. The pizza was ok but again like frozen pizza that you buy from grocery store.Beer is overpriced. $14 for a pint of Modelo!They brought the food separately. Meaning that I had finished my pizza by the time my wife got her kung pao. The Kung Pao that they brought had shrimps although we had ordered chicken. It took them another 10 min to correct the order!Also 20% automatically added tip for a mediocre service is too much.

I would’ve dined in but didn’t see a host around after almost 5 minutes. I walked over to the carry out hoping I’d have luck there but there was a lady counting money while the line just got longer without taking orders or calling someone over to help. I waited a little less than 5 minutes and decided to walk over to Wolfgang puck once I realized it was ridiculous that I was waiting almost 10 minutes just to order food.
