The bbq pizza was not my favorite. The crust seemed too thin and the pizza wasn't flavorful. Same with the pepperoni pizza. However, the lemon chicken pasta with capers ( don't remember the actual menu name) wasn't that bad. It was a nice, creamy lemony flavor. I did not want to stop eating it. I would definitely suggest the pasta. Oh and the shrimp appetizer.... the same. I did not want to stop eating it.

We loved their Mexican pizza which was on the menu for a limited time. The pea soup was okay and was very little in quantity. The portion sizes generally are quite small for pastas and soups here, so if you are really hungry get a pizza for sure.

From the first bite of their avocado egg rolls to the last slice of pizza, my dining experience at CPK was exceptional. The avocado egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, with a delightful blend of flavors. The pizza was equally impressive, with a thin, crispy crust and generous toppings. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, CPK exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for another delicious meal.
My husband's pizza was good, but my pasta was on the disappointing side. Service at the beginning was good but half way through dinner I ran out of water. Server saw the glass and I assumed he would get more butni should have just waved him down. If your looking for good pasta and pizza, BJ's restaurant and brew house around the corner is better and more filling.

As far as CPKs go, friendly staff and fairly clean. Food comes out on time or relatively quick. Quality is there and they don't mind remaking mistakes the rare occasion they make one. Good lunch deals ~11 per person, while dinner ~20 to 24 per entree.

Pretty tasty California colada plus a dynamite shrimp appetizer. As usual, customer service in LA is the best.

I'm sorry to say that a place that was a staple during my single days through my 20's, all the way through marriage and kids that are now grown, has hit it's ugly end. I raised my kids in this restaurant, it's the only one they wanted to go to. Food used to be excellent, and the bill made sense for what you got. We never hesitated to go. But the last four years was difficult. We went to the Brentwood location and this Westwood location, although less frequently, at least once every month, but we noticed how the food quality slightly dropped while the price went up and the service suffered. That's okay, every relationship has its ups and downs, not to mention what we all went through. But then we noticed that it was no longer any fun because we didn't feel welcome nor taken care of anymore, and CPK expected to be well paid for that. CPK wasn't alone in this, but this stood out to us like a family member who decided they just didn't like us anymore. A month ago I went to the Brentwood CPK and had such a bad service experience (basically non-existant) that I actually sat down and wrote an email to the management... not to get a refund or even a discount on the next meal, but to let them know and to beg them to make it better so we wouldn't regret to continue going there. Sorry to say, tonight at Westwood it was worse. Three of us sat down, and although not friendly were waited on in relatively short order, but we waited 45 minutes for our food without a waiter visit, and when it came it was cold and tasteless. I asked for some Cholula sauce since my pizza was so dry. For the next hour and a half I waited for the sauce or even a stop by from the waiter. Nope. We had to ask the guy sweeping the floor to take our check. Never saw the waiter again. The food is below average and getting worse, the cost is ridiculously high, and the wait staff hates their job so badly that they take it out on us. Good thing that you have the frozen food business, because the restaurant thing is no longer your passion. Sorry CPK, it was a good run, but it's over.

Ordered buffalo chicken bites and my boy Derek brought out cauliflower bites. When I mentioned that I ordered the chicken bites the waiter tells me that I said cauliflower and instead of offering to make it right, he proceeds to give me the opportunity to order the chicken bites in addition to the cauliflower bites. Serves me right for not getting the $6 beer and za.
