We used to come to this place too often in the last. We could say we were their regular customers. Until today, we were disappointed with the quality of their ramen. I always order my usual favorite, the Tonkutso ramen because it was really delicious. But today was a little different thank before. It's not that good anymore. The broth was just a 1 or 2 for me. I wonder if they have a new chef. I was not happy at all. Did not finish it and I had to take it home (because it's a bit pricey) and I didn't wnat to waste the food. The air freshener they have on got into my head and I feel a bit dizzy and irritated with the strong smell. My husband wasn't happy with his black ramen as well. Now, we're not sure if we're still coming back to this place that we used to love coming to for years.
Excellent sushi! Best ever!

It's good the tacoyacki is soo good but don't put a tip if you read at the very bottom it also takes away money for tip purposes
Very Relaxed environment, casual, Homely, so you get wonderful service from attentive wait staff. I have many allergies(chicken, nuts, dairy, & pork) yet I was able to enjoy the most delicious Ramen ever! Substituted with vegetable broth, with a refreshing Soju on the side & all was perfect. Highly recommend.

I always come here with my dad and he would always leave a tip, but we come to realize that the tip is found in the receipt making us pay an extra 15 dollar every time we went. In addition to our tip in cash, they made us pay a tip in our order. Not only that but the fact that they never told us the tip is included was unfair.
Beware

To this date on the Google profile the business still has the old name of California Ramen Factory; now the correct/current name is "BLOSOM".
The interior of the place is small but nice with Factory themed decor; the apartment is rustic.
It has a small parking lot for about 5-7 cars (parking shared with another neighboring business)
MEAL:
• Spicy Miso Ramen: The taste of the pork was strange... it was very burnt and that made it taste bitter; In addition, it was very dry and hard. The soup and ramen were in acceptable flavor.
• Chicken teritaky bowl: dry and very burnt chicken, the taste was bitter.
• Beef teriyaky bowl: the meat was dry, and watery like bubblegum.
• Crunchy Roll: It was the only thing I really liked.
I found the table service a little slow and sloppy.
The bathroom is spacious, clean and dimly lit, which makes it feel a bit cold and gloomy.
It is a Japanese food restaurant with a good look but with very careless food in its preparation and flavor.

I order the shoyu ramen no spice with pork. This was my first time trying ramen and I loved this place. The broth was delicious and the noodles were plentiful. The pork was also really good. The pork had that nice char over and was juicy and flavorful. I will definitely come back again in the future to try other ramen types as well.

Awful food. The people posting is great must be bought. All the food is awful here. The sushi is awful and the ramen is the worst I've ever had. The egg was hard boiled, the pork belly was burnt is was all just awful. I couldn't eat it.

Cali Ramen Factory delivers a delightful experience with its Vegetarian Noodles with Spicy Sauce. The noodles are perfectly cooked, paired with a spicy yet balanced sauce, and a mix of fresh vegetables adding a satisfying crunch. The cozy ambiance and attentive service make it a must-visit spot for noodle lovers..
