As a Chicago resident i visited Cali Steak and Fries to tap into the culture of Los Angeles and their food. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the amazing food, service, and atmosphere that Justin had prepared for us. I would 10/10 recommend this sport to anyone that wants some good, fresh cooked food to warm the soul!!
I just moved to the neighborhood and I already love this place and will recommend to my friends

The owner should be ashamed of himself. Why doesn't he have AC? It had to be about 90 degrees in there today! The poor guy is sweating, hot, and annoyed (rightfully so). He was working by himself....cooking the food and working the register! He was getting slammed with orders too.
I knew something was off because he wasn't as friendly as he normally is. My cheesesteak was missing a slice of cheese. The fries were way overcooked...
