Seems prejudice. Got there 11:10, they close at midnight. She walks up as we’re trying to sit and says kitchen closes at 11:30 we say that’s fine we can order right away and she says no we can only order to go and then keeps telling us we can’t order or eat there so we just left. Horrible people. There were two other tables eating there all Asians. It was clear me and my friend weren’t welcome.

I don’t recommend at all! SERVER NOT FRIENDLY Yes they gave big bowl but small meat ,is just a bowl make it look like they gave extra soup 🙄. But we don’t mind about that . My concerned is server is not friendly and I’m not satisfied with her service.We asking for container because we want to go the food we didn’t finished She gave us a container for the soup and we asking nicely the server for the small container for cilantro and onion because we want to take home as well and she said NO TO GO! I was so mad and thinking Why not?! then she asked me a tip? she don’t deserve a tip! We not satisfied with her service,

As other reviews have said, the service here isn't the best. If you don't let that get to you the food here is absolutely delicious. I come here fairly regularly with my boyfriend and we just joke about the service and don't take it too seriously. The pho and honestly all of their food come in huge portions. I would say it's worth a try if you're willing to overlook the service. I've never had them be outrightly rude or snappy to me but I know they can be impatient/short with customers.

Should have left as soon as I walked in but here I am hahaha to begin with.. service was awful the waitress lady has a really hating her job.. asked for soy sauce a fork and napkins and she was upset that I got up to ask because she wouldn’t come to the table to see if I needed anything … then she said “ok sit” lol then when I gave her honest tip she came back and said I had to pay the percentage printed on the receipt lol…. Nah fam no wonder it was empty at 9 pm in Ktown … food wasn’t bad tho just shitty service
The best pho ever so much flavor nice and hot such a big portion enough for 2 people i got the brisket pho and it was the bestt and the dumplings were the best nice and fresh so good with the chili sauce the pho is my favorite part so comforting and peaceful I recommend !!!!!veggies are so fresh and bean sprouts were so crunchy it was the best !!!

The bowls were the biggest I have ever experienced! I had the rare beef with extra meat, and it was soooo filling. I almost couldn't finish it but it was so delicious, I couldn't stop! The server with cilantro and not basil as I am used to but as soo. As I mentioned basil, she brought it out for me! I will be going back here again. Sorry I didn't take a pic of the humongous bowl that it was served in!
A cloudy day that looks like it might rain The warm soup reminded me of bean sprouts. It's been a long time since I visited, and the customers were also There were not many seats but many were empty. It came out quickly, less than 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered seafood for number 9, and they provided plenty of cilantro and onions, so it was the first time in a long time that I had a warm meal. The group I went with ordered a lot of meat for number 3, and after eating for a while, they found a small insect called a fly in the soup forest. They felt bad while eating it, so they complained. When they showed the fly to the server, they said it seemed like the fly was missing because the weather was cloudy and gave them new rice noodles with soup. However, after I found it while trying to enjoy it, I couldn't eat it because it reminded me of it even when they gave me a new dish, so I just left, but the server was friendly and the service was good.
