It took an hour to get our food, people who had come in after us were being brought out their food before us. We flagged down the waitress and asked her to get it to go since we were going to miss our flight. The waitress was very sweet and doing her best, it was a problem with the kitchen. The food was however very good when we finally got it.

Stop by here on our flight to Mexico. Period was seated quickly bartender very personable. We ordered the breakfast burrito to share. It was amazing and the fruit was nice and fresh. The coffee was absolutely outstanding. This is our third time and will definitely be back.

I go through LAX frequently and long for a great place to have a drink and bite to eat. This isn’t it but it’s better than most of the others, many of which such as Calif Pizza, add an automatic 20% service charge and then ask for a tip as well. The food is ok and the bar average. LAX is a world hub. Too bad their services are about on the same level as a Wisconsin trucker stop, which am also familiar with, unfortunately.

As an airport bar/casual restaurant, it's fine. Prices are high, but not too excessively high. Service was fine. They have a giant signboard outside directing guests to scan a code to add themselves to the waitlist, which is then ignored, as the restaurant is actually seat-yourself. They have QR stickers on the table for guests to place their orders, which are ignored, as the restaurant it actually table service. They need to resolve these issues; air travelers are already frazzled enough without dealing with inconsistent signs and policies at a restaurant.

We stopped at the Point the Way Cafe for drinks and a bite to eat during a recent layover at LAX. The service was fast and friendly and in no time I had my beer in front of me. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was very tasty.

As we have not had the best of experiences at Airport Restaurants we were pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was very pleasant and we told him we wanted something light to tide us over and he suggested we share one of their flatbreads which was perfect for our needs.

Honestly the food wasn't that good for how Much it cost, the service was slow and our waitress was mumbling to the point that we could barely understand her, and it took for ever to get any attention to get drinks refilled. But what do you expect from an airport Restaurant

The food was absolutely inedible- the Caesar salad was rubbery chicken on old lettuce and tasteless dressing, and the “flatbread” pizza was sauce on toasted regular bread with powdery, cheap cheese. We couldn't eat the food, but paid and didn't complain because the the server was awesome - working hard and all by herself in a crowded restaurant. It's perfectly fine for an airport bar though if you just want drinks.

There seems to be a lack of staff as one server was balancing between all tables - this is unfair for both the staff and customers as the required attentiveness was not provided. This resulted with the atmosphere being filled with tension by all parties as a meal that should have taken no more than an hour, took about 45 minutes to just wait for the bill. This cafe needs more staff to alleviate the responsibilities of 1 server that should be distributed to 3 or 4.

needed to eat before the long flight and this burger was a good choice. Service is attentive and you can eat quite quickly if you need to.

What else is new? Bored with nothing to do during my 2 hour plus layover, I decided to grab some beers from the bar at my terminal. The service was fair, the beer okay, but the price was overpriced just like much of everything in Cali or at any airport. It's all about convenience. My first 20oz draft was a Golden Road Hazy LA IPA seasonal beer. A 6pk of these 12oz cans will cost you just under $10 in stores. Here it was $10.99. It wasn't the greatest IPA in the world but at least it was better than my next choice. My second 20oz draft was the Hazy Heal the Bay IPA ($10.99) seasonal beer which was too light for my taste. Wrap-up: in addition to the overpriced $11 drafts, there was a 9.8% liquor tax plus an extra LAX 3% fee. After throwing in gratuity, I paid very near $30 for 2 beers... probably not one of my better choices.
