I paid 60.00 for 2 shots and a burger with hair in it and frys that was way to salty. I wanted to call however there was not a phone number.
It's a nest of thieves. I was at Campanile Lax at Los Angeles International Airport in September. 29 2024, today I received my account statement and I realize that a consumption of approximately 40 dlls. They recorded it as 84 dlls. There is nothing you can do anymore, just warn them that if they arrive at the airport, be careful not to inflate their bill or avoid going to that restaurant.

There are QR codes on the counter that you can use to order. The bartender said that you can't order with QR as it doesn't work. Nevertheless, all food and drinks were listed. We ordered a beer and a classic margarita without the code directly from the bartender. I got the margarita and was still amazed at how big it was. The bartender didn't ask if it was a regular or a double. I was almost shocked when I got the bill; I was charged twice as much, even though according to the app there was also a normal one. When I asked, the bartender simply said that he had told me that the app didn't work. I find it totally outrageous, then they should simply remove the QR code, stick it over it or remove the stored prices from the app. Or just say something straight away. I would never have ordered these for 24.50. I feel ripped off. The bartender didn't care, so there was no tip. Sorry, no service, no tip.

Salmon plate was surprisingly tasty. Served with well cooked veggies and warm farro. Service was friendly and very fast. I would go back.
Came here for a drink and food before my flight last week. My sandwich was typical airport quality and the drink was an easy to pour glass of Prosecco. The staff was quick, friendly and accommodating. I don't know what people are expecting from an airport restaurant but as a frequent traveler this place is pretty solid.

Nauseating is food punctuated by disinterested service. Reliably terrible from Dunkin is a better option and much less expensive

Rafael is unable to remember orders, gave two parties the wrong check, can only handle one task at a time and had difficulty walking and communicating. He should not be tending the bar.

This place doesn’t need your money. They close early and leave international travelers with no where to eat or drink. The city of LA should be embarrassed.

Papas bravas - description is spot on, the dish name is not. Read carefully or you’ll be disappointed with a bowl of hashbrowns with a small drizzle of honey on them. Added half a bottle of hot sauce and ate about 1/4 of it. Def a dish to skip and overpriced.
Chicken Caesar salad - portion size was good. But it was spring mix, not romaine which was described on the menu. If you are out of ingredients you need to inform the customer. This was gross and over dressed.
Server was ok, busy but they were likely short staffed. Come through LAX often and will be skipping this restaurant going forward.
Kid-friendliness: Burgers and chicken tenders which should be good for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Low seating and it would be tight but a wheel chair could fit through

Food was good, but they overcharged my credit card. My tip and the total were clearly written. No excuse. Fraud.

I should have read these reviews before entering this place. Just don't go unless you wanna ruin your day 1 on vacation right after taking off your flight. Food they are serving worse than the one served during flight lol.. at a ridiculous price.

It's difficult finding a good eatery at LAX but I was impressed by Campanille. I had Breakfast there, the Yogurt, Granola, Honey Platter, it was Excellent! Whenever I'm at LAX, I'll be sure to stop there to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: They accommodate Handicap Patrons.
