Worst overpriced food I’ve ever eaten. $38 for salmon and a bottle of water. Portion was small and overcooked. Even the plastic fork was cheap flexible trash. This is the first time in my life I’ve thought of walking out when the food arrived. Don’t waste your money; a refrigerated pre-made salad is tastier and fresher than the garbage this place will serve you.

Extremely poor service. Had to call the busboy twice to get a waitress to attend to us . We entered @11am on 03/012024 and was only attended to at 11:30 am . The lead waitress completely ignored us on several times .

Not a lot of vegan choices at LAX, but they have a couple options that were very good. A wrap and burger.

There's another place nearby which had a massive queue. We didn't want to wait so gave Campanile a go.We were very pleasantly surprised.Excellent food, friendly attentive staff and well priced. I'd say the same even if it weren't airport food!We wondered why there were empty tables when the other place was so busy. We're not restaurant experts but it's location, tucked away behind a bar and adjoining a knick-knacks store and a brightly lit fast food type restaurant probably aren't helping. Not that these things matter much once you're inside.Give it a go!!

Only had the cheesecake which tasted a bit freeze burnt and not at all fresh. Service was great, bartender was awesome and engaging, had everyone playing trivia. Great atmosphere, little on the pricey side, even for an airport establishment.

Upon entry, we were greeted by Jose. He quickly seated us and offered up a menu. I wasn't surprised to see the place pretty busy due to holiday travelers. But Jose got our drinks out quickly and made sure to give us a water refill. Once ordered, the food came out fast. All tasted. Delicious: roasted turkey sandwich with parmesan fries. Yum, I was delighted to have great customer service and a delicious warm meal. The ambiance was very lively. I was able to charge my phone and sit for awhile before we boarded our plane. Again, I was surprised on how great the server was. I recommend this place to eat, have a cocktail and wait for our flight. I posted some pics for your viewing. Almost forgot to mention, contactless transaction if you needed it. We paid. Via QR code and so no waiting on the waiter. Love the quick service with a smile. Makes you enjoy your meal while you wait. I wish y'all a happy new year!

Well, it's an airport bar, what do you expect? Service was quick, it's in a nice spot that's not too crowded and has plenty of seats at the bar and in a dining area, and has both hightops and regular seating along with a few booths. Beers will run you about $10 each, but the folks are friendly and ultimately there aren't a lot of other options.

This place gets too much hate. My boyfriend and I found it to be really great for airport food! I got the turkey sandwich, he got the chicken tenders. We were both pleasantly surprised. At first, the best way I could describe the sandwich was "it tastes exactly like a firework smells." But, it got better. Give it a chance. The service was excellent, we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Our server Jose was working extremely hard, he totally deserves a raise. The ambience was nice as well. The warm lighting and fun music was a great break from the travel stress. There aren't many other options in Terminal 4, so give the place a chance. It's much better than all the 1 star reviews are letting on.

Night and day depending on who your server is. Apparently was here during a changeover, first was amazing, the two who came in to replace her awful. I was planning on ordering food but ended up skipping it as they took the menus and just made the assumption I was done. Zero guest interaction, first one again was amazing. 180 with the next crew.

The older male bartender was the rudest and most unpleasant person I’ve encountered in the service industry in 30 years . It’s such a departure from my normal LA experience . Please avoid if at all possible. Life is too short . He’s obviously unhappy seem to like people

Ordered food through the LAX Shop/Dine website because this was one of the few places open late (website said 11:45) that had a vegan option. I walk all the way from Terminal 3 - go through security - only to be told at the restaurant that they're closed & the computer they have for how I placed my order doesn't work. They're not sure how I get my money back but at least they could say they saw the order cancelled. They actually close at 11:30 - even though I placed my order at 11:15. The LAX website is wrong. Now I'll walk BACK through security with no food and hopefully get the $32.40 back in my bank.

It's in the airport and I appreciated the woman working there which I believe may have been Asian. She was extremely attentive to everyone and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. I had a red eye flight and she was refreshing to encounter in such a late hour..

Location End of terminal 4 Seating Ample-bar, variety of tables. Service Let me get this off my heart-i asked the server behind the bar how the serviice went. She told me to sit and the server would come. After sitting. A guy walked up to the bar and was immediately served. End of review
