Big oof… I had a connection between San Diego and Florida so I stopped for a quick bite.Service was very slow but that waitress was doing her best while serving like 300 people in an hour.Food came out insanely fast (not a good sign).It was by far the worst Tex Mex I’ve ever had. Cold, flavorless, expensive, my order came out wrong, the beer was warm. Just grab a sandwich and save your $30 dollars.

This restaurant has ATROCIOUS service. From Host to Server. Straight up rude and unprofessional. Our host and server were LOUIS and PATTY. It was so bad that our family just wanted to leave after receiving drinks. Please don't go here, I beg you.

A super interesting and unique find that I got to bring my parents to during Labor Day weekend. The interior is chic and artistic (as expected in the Piedmont area) and seems like a good place for younger to older folks.

Would not recommend... We sat down at the bar to kill some time while waiting for delayed luggage, and the woman working told us it would be a minute (she seemed to be chatting on her phone). When she did come over, she wasn't warm or welcoming at all. After we ordered one round of drinks, she automatically closed the tab and made it feel like we had to get out ASAP. Another man arrived, and she greeted him by saying, "You ready?" in a rude, annoyed tone. Basically, it felt like we were all an inconvenience to Chelsea (the employee) - sorry for trying to give y'all business!!!

Today is November 25, 2019 , 7 pm. I want to share with everyone how I feel about this place at LAX airport. The lady running this place is a DEFINITION OF A LOW CLASS UNEDUCATED MORON.... I had purchased a small Pink berry yogurt and a small unopened bottle of water. I was dying for a lemonade or a virgin Moito. I walked to this place and they had maybe 2 customers out of the ENTIRE AIRPORT sitting there. I sat myself at the bar with no intention to open my yogurt or my water bottle and she first goes " We have to charge you 20$ for lemonade or virgin Moito" without even explaining herself... lemonade!! Simple Lemonade for 20$ and I went " ok, that is fine. I really need lemonade " and then she comes back and goes " Sir, we can't serve you, we don't allow any outside drinks or food "...They had literally two people sitting in the ENTIRE bar and this moron refused to serve me because I had an UNOPENED bottle of water and a cup of pink berry yogurt with me. You have two customers in the entire bar and a guy like me is here willing to pay $20 for your low quality lemonade and you reject service to him because he had a cup of yogurt and unopened bottle of water with himself ? You could have asked me to put them in my bag you MORON!!! How STUPID can someone be ? SERIOUSLY ???? Your place is located at THE AIRPORT not in a mall or shopping center or by street corner.People are coming out of the flight, they are jet lagged , and they are going to carry things with them because they are at the airport. I was carrying a cup of yogurt and an unopened water bottle and you refused service and lost $20 dollars plus tip when you didn't even have more than two customer in your bar... Lady!!! That makes you the biggest MORON I have ever met working in the airport restaurant/ bar...Lady!! You don't need to have college degree or high level education like me ; you could simply make little effort to just have COMMON SENSE and think out of the box and not being a complete MORON!!!

Customer service is truly bad. There were two workers, one male and one female. I sat at the bar waiting for either of them to approach me but none of them do. In fact the male worker sees me sit and then walks away. The female worker was at the register. I asked her if I order at the register and she she said you can order here or where I was sitting . She had an attitude. As I'm typing this up, 2 more customers getting neglected. I get it. You don't like your job and you want to take it out on the world. I feel bad for the person traveling wanting to grab a bite or a drink here at Cantina Laredo. My advice to anyone who reads this: just prepare yourself for lousy service and food - welcome to LAX

Closed when it is supposed to be open at 9:00 pm Saturday night. I’ve eaten here before, and the salsa for the chips is the worst I’ve ever had.

Decient food, horrible staff. They spent more time on their phones, watching tv, and gossiping amongst themselves than they did serving customers. Would not go here again.

Way too expensive, even for an airport, for 3 street size (smallest, tiniest, tortillas you can buy on the shelf) tacos, with a flavor ingredients sub-par to a street taco. After this "meal" I went a few feet down and got a pizza at 7-11.

The lady behind the bar was kind and friendly. Poor lady was working the whole bar and serving area herself. Cleanliness: There were cups around the bar and on most of the tables not cleaned up because they were understaffed for how busy they were. Food quality: We ordered chips and salsa in a rush, and a tortilla soup. We couldn't find a single chip in our bowl that wasn't stale, the first few bites of salsa were good but then the rest of it tasted funky. The tortilla soup was as good as something from a can at the grocery store and took longer than I'd expect to come out. The chip slices included in the "tortilla" soup was even more stale than our bowl of chips. At this point I'm burping to keep it down. We didn't finish either and just found it better to leave. We should have expected that whatever they were serving in the evening was going to be from sitting out all day. Poor bar lady gets 4 stars on service for what she was dealt, but the food and venue needs better kitchen staff or management so 1 star. Being at 3 stars as it is and most people probably getting just as bad of food I was. I wouldn't be bummed if it got low enough they were forced to close and get something else in there with management that cared about the food they serve more. No way they are passing food safety inspections.
