The most wildly mid food. Atmosphere was fine, but not worth how ridiculously over priced all the 5/10 food

Very pleasantly surprised by the meal. Ambiance is great, perfect music volume. Great looking outdoor space, but i never felt outside. The food was the real star of the show. Service seems to start slow, by design. They give you a moment 5-10 minutes to settle into your table, before the "show" commences.

Interesting spot. Could be so much better with better lighting and food. Bar was busy. Music & ambiance were ok.

Amazing service and the food was better than usual this time. I think they got a new chef. The Lemon Pasta is always out of this world, and I also love the service of the hotel as well.

I love the atmosphere at this restaurant and the food is very good. It's straight-forward, feels like home cooking from that friend who's a great cook. It's a romantic date spot, but also worked perfectly for my Mom's birthday, and have recommended to my Boss for a business lunch spot when he needed a place near Hollywood.

Food and atmosphere are 10/10. Not stuffy, no pretentiousness, just excellent service and even better food. Pork chop was crispy outside and juicy throughout. Lemon pasta was fresh and full of zest. Had wine and just 1 cocktail-a standard whisky sour which was as good as I’ve had anywhere. Prices reflect the quality of the meal and service. It’s worth every dollar as you’ll likely have one of the better dining experiences in Los Angeles. Beautiful patio areas and really clean, well-decorated interior.

Loved this place! We got prime seating across from the water feature, perfect for our date night. Megan was our server, she came at the perfect time every time, friendly and really welcoming. As soon as we walked in I smelt truffle and got all the truffle items I saw on the menu, didn't disappoint. The Wake Me Up was one of the best Espresso Martini's I've had! Highly recommend Cara for a date night or event.

Went on a Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary, worst experience food quality wise since i am currently writing you from ER bed! Their food gave us food poisoning and it’s been 2 days straight we are throwing up! Service is good, ambiance is good but my God the food quality is the worst since we are crawled up in pain at the moment. Ordered NY Strip steak and Salmon fish for entree and i assure you everything has flushed out of us ever since (sorry for the TMI) but i need to let y’all know not to go there for food or skip it overall. We will definitely be not back.

Consistently amazing. Great food; and great drinks on the outside patio (by the pool) and around the bar. Very professional and accommodating staff -- even when it's packed & crazy busy. (Plenty of opportunities to 'be seen' and see... if that's your thing.)

The restaurant is beautiful and feels like you are somewhere on a rooftop in Greece.. However our server Alejandra whom I may say was very nice but alone for 20 tables... she was clearly overwhelmed and NO ONE came to her rescue.. There is a manager there in a suit who watches and I'm not sure if he is there for fashion or to manage.. It was highly disappointing to see him just watching, giving her orders and not ASISSTING at all... This is not management, if someone calls out, or short of staff he should jump in and take control of the situation..So even though it's beautiful, I have no intention of waiting 30mins for a drink and another 25 mins for the second one... please fix this issue.

The lemon pasta was excellent, as was the service and ambience. I've seen Cara Restaurant all over social media for quite some time and was excited to finally try it out - it's definitely a "prettier in pictures" place, but still pretty good overall.
