We were looking for somewhere to eat before our flight, and unfortunately decided to try this Carl’s Jr. I get that it was pretty busy, but the service was not there. The food took about 20 minutes, and they missed one of our orders completely. The fries we received were old and stale, it was a very disappointing meal. We spent $90 on food here, way too much for this pile of garbage we received.

Grabbed a bite while waiting at our gate at LAX. You order via the screen which is kind of confusing at first, but after a few seconds you’ll be to figure it out. Once you get your food ordered, the service was fast. Food was HOT, and fries were very tasty. Due to the high traffic of people, the drink area and the napkin space was decimated. If you find yourself at LAX, and need a bite please consider Carl’s Jr.

We were at the LAX location and there were only 3 people in front of us. It took my husband 40 minutes to get our food. His was a double all the way and mine only had 3 modifications. No sauce, no tomatoes, extra pickles.
The fries were good, his burger was good, but after 40 minutes my burger was given to us all the way as well.
We have a 3 hour flight ahead of us and I was hungry. Now I'm surviving 3 hours on just fries. It's not the end of the world and even if it was just a case where they had two burgers on the chute and grabbed the wrong one... come on mannnn....

They charge you extra for ranch when you get jalapeno poppers. Everything else about this location is fine, but this level of greed is disgusting and warrants a one star review. Imagine ordering spaghetti and they charge you for the tomato sauce. Unreal.

The Food was amazing, came out extremely fast, amazing service, every bite of the burger gave me a feeling of ecstacy. The fries were amazing and very tasty. I had the CALI XL. By far the best burger i have ever had. If you want a quick taste of California Burgers quickly have a taste of Carl's Burgers.

$20 for a burger meal. Employees get paid at least $22/hr. And you order thru a machine. Then that machine asks for tips. And your burger comes out luke warm. I guess this is California.

We ate at the Carl’s Jr at LAX International Airport, (Concourse 8) during a long day of traveling back home from Tahiti. The burger, fries and shake were great, the price was right, but most importantly, the service we received from Cierra B. was EXCEPTIONAL. We travel a lot, and many airport employees seem rushed, often irritable and unfriendly, to be honest. (To be fair, they have a tough job). But Cierra stood out as a shining example of customer service: She was friendly, sweet, professional, fun and accommodating. Refreshing. We don’t often post reviews, but she deserves a shout-out (and a raise!). Well done!!👍

Been sick for a full day after the most expensive Carls Jr. experience. $44 for two combo meals is insane. The tables were all dirty. No one to take an order so used the self service kiosk which had the audacity to ask for tips starting at 18% like it’s a steakhouse. So I place my own order, clean my own table, wait for nearly 20 minutes watching my fries get cold, and then expected to tip nearly $10? Then get to spend the night and next day in and out of the bathroom!! More than likely my last Carls Jr trip for a long while.
