Carl’s Jr.

Been sick for a full day after the most expensive Carls Jr. experience. $44 for two combo meals is insane. The tables were all dirty. No one to take an order so used the self service kiosk which had the audacity to ask for tips starting at 18% like it’s a steakhouse. So I place my own order, clean my own table, wait for nearly 20 minutes watching my fries get cold, and then expected to tip nearly $10? Then get to spend the night and next day in and out of the bathroom!! More than likely my last Carls Jr trip for a long while.

Delicious breakfast burgers! Made perfectly and quickly too! Drive-thru was fast and easy. Staff was nice too.

Asked for a carnivore meal with just meat n cheese(no bun or sauce) but the staff didn’t listen. First try, they gave the bun, second try they just put a slice of unmelted cheese on 1 patty, third try they put 2 patties then 2 cheese and melted in microwave. Crazy staff who doesn’t know how to go beyond the normal selection. Plus they act if we forcing them to work. One of the top n busiest airports in the country but food options are garbage just like this one. For $12 this is just sad. 0 ⭐️ if I could.

Never have I waited more than 20 minutes for a burger. Also $12 for one burger, no combo seems crazy over priced. It’s about a 40% price hike from a regular Carls. Staff was not nice, a huge mess of people trying to get their food and all the tables were dirty. Burger thrown together so haphazardly the top bun was barely touching the burger.

$7 for not even a full shake? Not sure the deal but really you have cup sizes you don’t even fill? As a restaurant have to do better than this. What you get looks nothing like the menu they get you to buy from.
