I was drunk and on foot, it was 11:15pm. I called them and they said if I ordered on the app I could walk up and get my order at the drive thru window cause the inside was closed. I did just that, the food was out fresh and super fast.

This is the type of establishment you want when you’re off your ass at almost midnight.

I came in during a rush while they only had one cashier, a line around the rails, and a packed drive-thru. Despite the chaos, the cashier Joshua M. was calm, friendly, and gave some of the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.

I take pills for a medical condition which causes me to have to use the bathroom frequently. I stopped in and asked if I could use the bathroom. Fabian told me I had to buy something and when I explained my condition, he doubted down and made me beg him before he would open the door. I could have went on myself Fabia. On the way to the bathroom, there were 4 college aged girls sitting and waiting for the bathroom. They had no food. He told them to wait for me to finish .He did not tell them to buy anything. Shame on you.

Just went for some fries, idk what the issues was, some people don't need a whole meal and just want a snack. Think she gave me the bottom of the basket fries half were burnt and un edible and the rest were all smashed together. I don't think I got one whole fry at least.

Poor service from Alexander S and he could not get my order, correct. He acted like he could not understand what I was saying. I asked for a Double Carl and received a single Carl. Double Carl cost more than the Single Carl, way to go maboy. Karma is bad. Many blessings
