(EDIT: I reached out to the owner as requested below - STILL NO RESPONCE.) I entered the store at 4 55 and waited for the customer before me to order and the clerk to make his order. At 5:01 I ordered a western burger, sm fry, and oreo shake.. After reviewing the check I noticed that I didn't get the $3 price for the shake. The supervisor would not honor the price because he doesn't have any way to over ride it.It's too bad they leave someone in charge that had less control then the registor. I asked for my money back and they threw out the food and shake they made me.Such a waste of food and now a lost customer.

The AI voice taking my order at the drivethru window did not send the order through and the hardworking ACTUAL HUMAN employee had to re-take the order. More importantly, having to talk to an AI at all feels particularly dehumanizing. I will not be returning as a customer. I don't want to feel like I'm on the phone with my cable company when I'm trying to get a quick meal.

Excellent! Carl's Jr. Cheeseburger with extra lettuce and extra tomato. ? No pickles and onions. It was made so perfectly!! And the french fries were the best I've ever tasted. They were so hot you could barely touch them. ?
