Carl's Jr. is a clean establishment with professional and friendly staff. The cooks wear gloves while preparing meals, and the food is always hot and good. The customer service is excellent, with kind and helpful employees. The location has convenient parking, but be aware of the exit route to avoid getting stuck on La Cienega Boulevard. Overall, Carl's Jr. provides a pleasant dining experience with good food and service.

The night crew is excellent and will make you beautiful burgers, but the afternoon crew is bad and makes terrible versions of the burgers. Customers can't even recognize their order due to the poor quality from the afternoon crew.

The restaurant accepts EBT food program, which is a main reason why customers love it. The burgers are big in size, but the regular price burgers are more recommended than the discounted menu items, which are typically smaller in size. The food is good, and the service is pretty good as well.
