Dude at the drivethrew was rude as hell took about 15 minutes just to get the food then he wanted to charge me extra for ranch for 10 nuggets and gave me one do not recommend going here. He was absolutely rude for no reason, damn near might have thrown my food in the car the way he handed it to

The people that work there are really nice and I know they are short staffed so I don’t want to be rude but I have to say, last night I had a famous star with fries and a soda from this place and I had the worst night of my life. I won’t go into details but I’m 99% sure it’s food poisoning. Please be more diligent about keeping everything clean and cooking everything thoroughly. I have a toddler that likes stealing food from me. Fortunately I think it was the drink or the patty that got me and she didn’t touch those.

1/18/24 @2:25pm, I am currently at the Carl'a Jr. location on La Ciegna and Obama in LA. This is the worst customer service. I feel like I was discriminated against by the drive thru guy who lied and said he was the general manager. He then lied and said the other drive thru person (female) Maya was the manager. She came over asked what was wrong I asked her if she was the manager she said no shook her head and closed the window. I am very disappointment. He told me to get my food and go. He repeatedly refused to provide me with what I asked for the manger or General manager. Then he finally gave the manager's name and it wasn't what was on the plaque inside the restaurant. The crew shift all spoke in Spanish and refused to address me. I am appalled at the mistreatment of me and their lack of customer services. Behnan Rodd is the manager. I hope he is aware of his lack of leadership because this is ridiculous.
