Are they recycling yesterday’s biscuits??? I was there at 6 a.m. and my Monster Biscuit wasn’t fresh, very hard around the edges. I’m used to my Hardee’s back east and the old ladies who made fresh biscuits every morning.
UPDATE: Return visit for coffee and hash rounds while I waited for the C train, and trust me this was a convenience only visit. The aggressive security lady approached me twice as if I was loitering. My coffee was still hot! The second time, she tried to tell me my time was up. RUDE! Treating me like I was a loitering vagrant.

Service was good, food was great but atmosphere wasn’t right. Toilets are unclean and smelly, homeless people sleeping there on weekends. Wouldn’t go to this location again

My family had a fairly complicated order and Patricia was extremely and understanding. She got everything in our order correct and did it with grace and a smile. I recommend that she be recognized and even given a raise. Thank you, Patricia!

They screwed up my order, I ordered big Carl, but was given a famous star. I did open the nuggets box to confirm my order, but did not unwrap my burger to confirm until I was at the airport.

Those shuffle burgers and that California Burger for everything. I would have took pictures but I ate it too fast
It's okay for a fast food place. Prices these days are always a shock! I was mainly feeding my dog. Why can't they offer vegetarian options?? There's plenty out there!! They're dragging us all into Hell! They towed my car too!! Didn't see any sign. Left to get a battery and it was gone when I got back! Only 1 hour parking. Beware!!

I had a problem with my app and Chris and Brianna were so nice and helped me sort it out. You can tell their workers really go above and beyond to provide good customer service. The food was hot and fresh too, definitely recommend this location.
