Diego is definitely a STAR! He mopped up a water mess som one made under at table. the floor was slippery. He immediately came back with a dry mop and finished the job! Kudos to this young man. I have many years of restaurant experience, both as waitress and a manger. He was also the person that had taken my order. GREAT EMPLOYEE❣️

I work security at lax metro and they straight up refused to serve anyone after midnight. Went on my break to try to go through the drive through and they had a car blocking the driveway and a guy smoking Crack in it. I went around though the other driveway that they tried blocking with cones and went up to the window and nobody would answer. Wasted my break. Don't go here

Look the location, the dining area, and the bathroom were clean. The food was great and hot. Service was fast but accurate. Love so much we had to visit twice.

Shop is not 24 hrs, if you order online after 10pm, you will have to get your food from the drive thru and eat somewhere else, they will probably forget to give you napkins too.

Great location for LAX, but service is bad. I ordered two Western Bacon Cheese Burgers... they don't even have BBQ Sauce. Food are dry and tastse like paper. I asked for BBQ Sauce, they don't have it. Only ketchup available.

Quick and fast service right next to The Parking Spot. Just came back from Chicago, felt hungry and decided to grab a bite of that delicious Double Famous Star.

We came just after midnight after a long flight and were met with great customer service. I believe it was the supervisor who helped us, very professional and quick. Despite placing a large order, we didn’t wait more than 2–3 minutes, and they still apologized for the slight delay and offered extra sauces without us asking.
The burgers were excellent. That charbroiled flavour stood out and gave it a real homemade feel while still keeping that classic Carl’s Jr. taste. You can also see the planes landing from LAX right next to you, which is a nice touch. Open 24 hours, solid option any time- especially if you're a hungry tourist trying to get a taste of American burgers when In N' Out is closed!

Rarely give a one star review myself.
I stayed at Hilton and didn’t have a car. Woke up at 3 wanting to get a burger so I walked to window trying to ask if she could take my order. She said I’ll need a car to order. I was like:????? I understand counter may be closed and it clearly says that only drive through is open, but when a customer comes up like and just wants to eat. You don’t shut down people like this. I mean I can pay. I have money. It’s not like I’m asking for food. Now I’m starving having to wait until 6am and I’m not going back there.
