“I rarely come to this restaurant. I came to drop off a friend and decided to buy a cup of coffee. I was very angry to find that the restroom had no toilet paper. An older woman was waiting by the door for someone to bring toilet paper, but the person didn’t return in time. I went to the front desk to communicate the issue. A young girl with fair skin and black hair responded coldly, saying there was no toilet paper, then went back to her work. She was extremely rude.
If there’s no toilet paper, at least put some napkins in the restroom. She ignored me. This is truly a low-class restaurant. I will never come here again! So rude! I ended up taking some napkins and putting them in the restroom myself. That stingy, rude girl followed me and took the napkins out of the restroom. Unbelievable! Does this girl not use toilet paper herself?There is no toilet paper in the bathroom at breakfast time. What do you do?Is this a restaurant?Rude shop assistant!Lazy employees!

Although they've remodeled the place, the service displayed by the crew was horrible. I placed a mobile to-go order a few minutes in advance before the lobby closed for the evening but got there at the time of closure by just one minute due to a delay on my bus.
Long story short: The crew member rudely closed the door in my face despite informing them that I placed an order and was simply picking it up. They didn't care and ignored me until I showed them proof. Adding insult to injury was the attitude shown by the lead member when I received my order when I walked over to the drive-thru window. If you're gonna be a douchebag towards a customer being one minute late for a pick-up, then perhaps you shouldn't work at a fast-food restaurant.

I was staying at a nearby Westin Hotel, and Google Maps said it was open 24 hours, so when I went there at 10:07PM, there were a lot of customers inside, but the door was locked and I couldn't go inside. I thought it was strange, so I looked closely at the door and saw a sticker saying it was drive-thru only after 10PM. At exactly 10 PM, the doors will be closed and the restaurant will be drive-thru only, meaning you won't be able to eat inside. It should be stated that the restaurant is not open 24 hours a day, but is drive-thru only after 10 p.m., and dine-in dining is not allowed. There were a lot of cars waiting at the drive-thru, so I ended up walking, so I ended up not buying anything at Carl's Jr., but instead went to a nearby McDonald's to eat and then returned to the hotel.
I walk to this place in the middle of the night cause it’s just next to my hotel , but even it’s still open , the staff reject my request to order because I don’t have car to use the drive thru , if you land in the middle of night at lax don’t come here , you got absolutely nothing because you don’t have a car here , sad
