I get the food is good but why does it take 20 mins on the drive through they take forever to make the food and take the food order is fast food it’s not like it’s the Cheesecake Factory I’ll understand if it’s busy but it was just me and I order three burgers respectfully the general manager needs to show up and organize this place

What a wonderful surprise a very good location. Believe me even though under same brand some are not nearly this good.
Selena C. was cleaning dinning room, greeted me and rang me up while answering questions on rewards! What a great employee! Selena C. definitely deserves recognition: reward/raise! No I don’t know her or anyone at this location.
Yet I know good employees while by owning my own businesses and working restaurants and fast food!

I've never had a bad experience at any Carl's Jr. I do have a funny story about a bum who tried to steal an entire dessert display. He ran out empty handed and completely naked. 🤣😂 The security guard knocked the desserts out of the buns arms. He overtook the little security guard. A concerned patron stepped in and took the security guards weapons away from the bum. The security guard proceeded to chase the guy in circles around the dining area. He finally dove and caught the suspect by his ankles. He didn't let go. The bum squirmed out of his pants, jewelry hanging to his knees. He took off his shirt and ran around the dining room a few more times before he ran out the back door where police were waiting for him. 😂🤣 But this place has no incidents. Great experience! Delicious food! Friendly service! 😃

It’s been months that the dining room always smells Smokey from the grills as if there is no exhaust or air circulating inside. Please fix this ASAP because either makes being inside unpleasant and hazardous, especially for the staff!!!

I don't know why but I don't get my bills, I wouldn't like to think that they are robbing me or what is that called
horrible service not one employee working wanted to be there let alone help the 3 people in line trying to place an order. I was the 3rd person in line an I had to wait 5mins just to place my order then to top it off i went to use the bathroom an the water bearly worked but they are spoused to wash there hands the picture below is on full blast an its bearly flowing.
