The food is fine. Taste like any other carls anywhere else but They gotta cook in the back that doesn’t understand what well done is for fries. The app offers the option . It happened to me three times here and they gave me cold soggy fries. It might be an inconvenience, but it’s part of their job so if you like cold soggy fries when you want well-done fries, this is a spot for you.

Carls jr. Used to be good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches both had the thinnest chicken patties ever. Same thing happened at the alhambra location the last time that I went. I wont be surprised if this chain of fast food goes out of business soon. The food is very low quality.
