PLEASE BEWARE:
I want to share a cautionary experience regarding Carl's Jr. gift cards. After a service complaint about a Santa Fe Chicken Combo, I received cards for food I don't consume (hamburgers). Upon attempting to use them at a local Carl's Jr.(near where I live), they were unfortunately deemed invalid. My advice is to request a direct refund or check instead of these gift cards, as their usability may be highly invalid at other Carls Jr. stores.

Very unfriendly staff in particular the either manager or franchise owner. They dont refund money when they cant complete the order due to their mismanagement of the restaurant. Ive been here many times before and its almost always the same way, short staffed, unprofessional and very rude and loud. I did not recieve what i ordered and was expected to keep what was being handed to me. I was yelled at by manager/owner. No offer to fix the issue just 'we dont have, take the food no money back!'
We like to eat here at this Carl's jr food is quite tasty. And very well prepared

The ppl are very friendly...the good just isn't the same...im done eating Carl's jr...it taste manufactured in every way

I walked up to order my food noticed and felt like the cashier didn’t want to be at work. Just rude short and judgmental. She thought I didn’t speak Spanish. There’s a weed shop next to the restaurant I just had smoked. The cashier said “Estoy harta de estos mariguanos ordenando todo el menu” I had the munchies.
