Restroom closed. A lady came in with mentally challenged clients, she had a group of young adults who were clearly challenged, two of them had a pizza from little Caesars and the other 4 were going to order from here, the manager was on break sitting down, the music in the store was really loud, all he seen was someone come in with a pizza box, he did not assess the situation and just started to yell across the store at the mentally handicapped children that they could not sit down with there food they had to order something from there. It was sad to see and hear. Very poor management skills! I will no ever go back there

To many Negatives. The atmosphere, the smell, the blocked off dinning area and restrooms, the worker ? (possibly manager or supervisor) walking back and forth getting himself a drink/food talking and just doing his own thing like he was at home.
I choose not to order any food because I instantly felt queasy so I left .

Worst customer service at this location I stop to get my son some food as the guy that took my order was very rude I ask him if he was the manager and he said he was the owner well let me tell you as an owner you are not doing a very good job at keeping your customers happy I order a blood orange baller and called Alejandro apparently he is a new employee but he was cleaning dining and didn’t even bother to wash his hands I get he is new but if the owner is not training his employees to do the right thing I can imagine what the other employees do keep in mind your employees are handling our food.

Ordered a Hangover Burger online for pick up, I come 30 minutes later than the scheduled time and foreign Arab looking boss is hurrying customers, scolding them for not saying thank you? He rudely asks for my name and he says my name never had popped up and turns around. Never coming back to this location and now I can’t get my burger🤦🏽‍♂️

The Carl's Jr. in Torrance was excellent. There were 4 of us. The service was exceptional. The nice woman who took our order was super nice. She even brought our orders to our table. Food here was the best out of all the other Carl's Jr. we had been to. If you go to Walmart in Torrance, stop here to eat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was Trash it smelled like Burger King seems like a knock off of Burger King, it was so trash I couldn't bare to show my face, the Only thing I enjoyed was this Tinyass Strawberry Lemonade drink

It use too be my favorite restaurant, but not anymore! First of all the drive thru people take forever to take the order! Second the food isn’t as good as it use too be! Third of all the buns of the burgers look like they are expired, they are all white on the bottom! The cashier inside don’t want to attend you. If you ask for Ketchup or Ranch they will tel you the person inside will attend you! That’s how much they hate there Job!

I’ve only been here twice it’s great they take food stamps because my first visit was good got my food fast but whoever was on register today was just rude talked down to me like I was some kind of nuisance don’t think I’ll be coming back

I didn't get to order my food bec the owner refused to serve Me because I didn't show him my service animal license and it clearing showed that he had on his vest and collar showing he was a service animal. And he was very mean. And told Me to leave. As long as I say he's a service animal they shouldn't ask for Me to show it. And I am a disabled person which has seizure's and I needed something to eat at time. And he refused my service.
