While traveling from SD to Monterey county, we stopped to get some burgers and use the restroom. the line to the restrooms was long but a very nice employee was nice to accommodate the grandchildren by opening the employees restroom and let them use it. Thank you for making our road trip more pleasant.

Thank you for reminding me why I don't eat a Carl's Jr anymore. 10$ for a burger with no lettuce or tomato pickles is a straight scam. Didn't even ask if I wanted it or not.

Can't go wrong with Carl's jr. The prices have gone up a bit recently, but still I think it's worth it.

You were in charge of the bathroom and I can't use it. I don't know why the workers even told me that they can't use the bathroom. That's wrong.

I ordered a meal drive thru, and not only did they take a long time to ask for my order, they even asked me to park out front to get it ready and they still got my order wrong too.

It would seem like they could have enough workers to take your order and get your food in less than 20 minutes! 🙄
There were only two people working. One taking orders from the drive through and inside. The other was making food. So yes very very slow!!!

Vegetarian options: Oh nooo a bad experience, ordering and waiting for foofo4 more than 30 min, and to used the restroom was a mess to enter, chair and things just blocking the doors, all the people returning food because is not what they ordered definitely such a bad service!!! Then you have to show your receipt so they can see what you order and make tour food again, total wasted time it was like 45 to 50 min..👎👎👎

Very good and efficient leadership
During my recent visit to Carl's Jr., I was struck by a rather disheartening aspect of their dine-in service: the absence of plates, not even paper ones. This choice left me feeling as if I were eating from a street vendor rather than enjoying a meal at a well-established fast-food chain.
The experience felt demeaning, akin to being treated like a homeless person rather than a valued customer. Eating from a flimsy paper tray diminishes the sense of dignity that should accompany any dining experience, regardless of the establishment's casual nature. It’s surprising that in an age where many companies are striving to enhance their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, Carl's Jr. has opted for such an unrefined approach.
This lack of consideration for the dining experience raises questions about the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. While I understand the fast-food model prioritizes speed and efficiency, it should not come at the expense of basic service standards. Providing plates—whether plastic or even disposable—could significantly elevate the experience and show respect for customers.
In conclusion, if Carl's Jr. wishes to maintain its reputation and compete effectively in the fast-food market, it should reconsider its policies regarding dine-in service. A simple change like offering plates could transform the dining experience from feeling like an afterthought to one that reflects genuine care for customer satisfaction
