Ambiance doesn't make food taste better... Real let down when I got home to open the box.
Ordered potato tacos which are way over priced especially for the small size... 6" tacos. Over cooked, dirty tasting oil that irritated my throat and a handful of wet mushy lettuce on the side. No cotija??? Salsas were ok but I was trying to get a meal that would satisfy me before going to the job. Didn't happen that way unfortunately.
The server Dora is nice and it's a cool atmosphere but $18 for three below average potato tacos is a disappointment.
I'm sick of over priced, low quality traditional food in my neighborhood. It's disrespectful.
Will not return.

I'm sorry I really didn't feel like the menu had alot of options the table salsa was good though probably the only thing I truly enjoyed. The strawberry horchata tasted like nesquick which brought me back to when I was little that was cute but not the flavor I was expecting real strawberry. My friend got the chilaquilles and it was very spicy taste wise I'm giving it a 3.5 could do more in terms of it

After visiting this place 4 times, the quality of the food, at least in the chilaquiles, was horrible, today my worst experience, the chips had a horrible aftertaste, something bitter, the eggs were cooked differently than I ordered, the meat was a bit nervous and everything was cold. melted chorizo not melted at all the cheese. the tortillas are not hand made then they brought some hand made but horrible as if they had been reheated the coffee the first one was lukewarm horrible we told the waitress she apologized But then I noticed that I told the owner or manager, I don't know. But he was not at all attentive, just pay and it will be the last time I return to this place. Now I understand how there was no line to enter this place.

It's not what I thought, on the internet it looks more delicious and it's not like that. The restaurant doesn't look so clean

Gotta call it what it is. It doesn't look like much on the outside but on the INSIDE, you have a local, authentic Mexican vibe and the food is delicious. Food is prepared and made much like a home cooked meal so you can't go wrong. Give it a try, I highly encourage it. Service is wonderful. It's not a surprise that they have a lot of customers. Everytime I go I order a delcious birria quesadilla one for dine in and one to go. Is it on the menu? No. But that's exactly what I'm talking about.
$16 for 3 chicken tacos is expensive. It was around $10-$12 a few months ago.

Took my family for lunch todayThe food was delicious but,Got to the last few spoons of rice I bit down on glass the server call for management he says we don't have that kind of glass here and still they charged us without removing at least the rice. Showed him the glass before taking a picture and of course he did not give it back.
