Everytime I go to this McDonald's in san Fernando, I buy large French fries only give me half and I paidthe large price. And also the smoothes I paid for the large price only gave me medium amount on a large cup.
Worst customer service experience. The drive-thru employee was unprofessional, rude and extremely disrespectful.
This location seems to favor the drive-thru customer instead of the customer that is inside the restaurant and picking up or using the kiosk. I waited 29 minutes to get my deluxe big breakfast order. I complained a couple times the employees just kind of shrugged and walked away. I even complained to the manager she said whether we're orders ahead of me. I don't understand this. Cars were zipping through the drive-thru about a minute at a time. About 30 cars got their order while I was waiting for mine. This happened to me once before but the wait was only about 15 minutes still unacceptable.
