Came to Carousel with a party of 9. Our table was waiting on arrival and the staff was fantastic especially given our time constraints. We let them know we had to be out the door in 90 minutes for a show and they ensured we were fed a feast with time to spare. We did the family style - Hollywood Feast which was a lot of fun. Situated in a run-down mini mall with difficult parking, one might easily bypass Carousel unless one already knew its reputation and was specifically looking for the restaurant. For starters, we tried the hummus, Baba Ganoush, and Falafel (with pita bread). All some of the best we have every eaten. This was followed to Chicken Kabob and Lamb Kabob plates with rice and salad.
