I love the Cat Cafe Lounge! I've been coming here for years as a visitor and a volunteer. Lovely space, happy kitties, and wonderful employees! The catio (patio for cats) is one of my favorite aspects of the lounge!

Do you want to pet and hang around a whole bunch of friendly cats? Come here and sip some coffee while you do. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, caring, and helpful. We were on vacation and away from our pets, and a visit here just warmed our hearts.

CatCafe Lounge is a cozy spot where you can sip coffee and hang out with adorable cats and kittens. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the cats seem to enjoy the attention from visitors. Plus, the outdoor catio provides a safe space for the cats to explore and play in the sunshine.

So, let me tell you all about my amazing experience at the cat cafe in Los Angeles. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The cafe had a lovely ambiance with comfortable seating areas, the purrrrrrfect spot to unwind. Now, let's talk about the cats! They were absolutely adorable and friendly. It was so heartwarming to see them lounging around, playing with toys, and interacting with visitors. The staff did a fantastic job of ensuring the cats' well-being and making sure they were comfortable and happy. The service at the cat cafe was top-notch. The staff members were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the cats. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had.One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the cafe. Despite having several cats roaming around, the place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the environment hygienic and comfortable for both the cats and visitors.Another highlight of my visit was the variety of beverages available at the cafe. I enjoyed sipping on a cup of aromatic chai tea while petting the cats and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere.Overall, my time at the cat cafe was an unforgettable experience. If you're a cat lover like me, I highly recommend visiting this place. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the company of adorable cats, support a great cause, and have a purrfectly relaxing time. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! ??

We loved it. Took a 10 year old child as well. Staff is super sweet and helpful. Had a great coffee. Nice location, the cats were all so gorgeous. There are a few rooms. Adult and kitten rooms and a "catio" an outdoor patio. We extended our time. We'll be

(we walked in)yes, they had tea and coffee, but i didnt get any ?had reasonable prices, stickers (i love stickers), pins (i love pins too, lol), totes/bags (small and big), socks, cups, mugs, ect.they also had items for cats if you had or adopted a cat! :Drules where very easy to followmost of the cats weren't that social... even the kittes ?..but the some of the social ones where nice to pet...parking was a bit tight ☹️adoption fees where cheaper than the previous adoption place I had went to though!honestly, this place is good, it was quiet for the cats and the people, and also had an outside area for the cats to chillax(i bought a tote and a sticker! ?)

CatCafe Lounge: Simply purrfect! With its charming atmosphere, delightful feline friends, amazing staff, and the added bonus of adoptable cats, it's an experience worth sharing. I referred a friend, and they loved it too! In fact, they're planning to adopt from them. A must-visit for cat lovers and those in need of a cozy retreat.

Cats!! My daughter loves cats! We have cats! She's been begging to go play with more cats! Pros: it's all about the cats. The cats are well taken care of. Employees are friendly and helpful when you are physically in their presence. Cons: if you expect cats to come cuddle with you-it won't happen. You just sit and look at the cats in the big room. Many are still adjusting to being around people, and are scared. With the exception of one kitty that didn't mind getting pets. Everyone wants to be in the kitten room because that is where the cats actually want attention; but it is a small room, and has a limit of 7 people at a time. Makes sense for the size of the room. The biggest/worst problem is the employee's lack of customer service abilities. They will not answer a phone. The texting responses are slow and with bad manners. They use the catch phrase of "We spend our time caring for the cats" or something similar. A little customer service goes a long way. My daughter got a gift card for this place. I was trying to book online but had an issue with trying to book the gift card and pay for one reservation-hence my need to contact them directly. Never did receive any help. We ended up just going and hoping for the best. Apparently there was a shift change between when I was texting them and when we arrived as the employees working commented on the rude response I received from "someone" there. They did accommodate my daughter and myself, and gave her a sticker because they felt bad. They responded to my last text while we were already there visiting with the cats. So, even the later shift wasn't going to respond; and likely only did because we were physically there. I looked thru the other reviews and read that the employees charged a woman for her baby that was in a car seat and was too small to participate. That is just wrong. Using the excuse that it's all about the cats doesn't work for everything. This business needs customer service training, without a doubt. Because people love cats, the employees are getting away with horrible customer treatment. Answer a phone, it will take 2 minutes and alleviate a bunch of stress for customers when trying to book a visit. We will not be back, even though my daughter is talking about going back everyday since our visit.

The atmosphere is kind of odd. I don’t want to steer anyone away from visiting because it benefits the cats, but it was so quiet and most of the cats were sleeping the whole time. Even the kittens. It seemed kinda weird and depressing. One had a lil eye infection and was kept with the other kittens too

A little slice of heaven! Happy, healthy, adorable kitties in a clean, super cat friendly environment. Visiting these kitties was so fun, especially enjoying the outdoor patio where so many of the cats were lounging. The staff are so nice and welcoming which made the experience even better. I ordered a tea which I sipped throughout my time and it was delicious!

This place is every cat lover's dream. I'm actually more of a dog person myself, having been surrounded by dogs when I was a child and eventually raising one for 13 years. After moving in with my partner, we wanted to fill our somewhat empty nest with a furry companion. By having a long discussion together, we decided to opt for a cat instead because we wanted to switch things up and my partner is actually more of a cat person. Before deciding to go fully in with our decision, we wanted to socialize with some cats first to get a sense of how it's like to interact with them. I reserved an appointment for us to come into the lounge on a Sunday at 11:30 AM. Parking is easy to find, either at the small lot next door or street/meter parking. The café itself is easy to find too. Enter through the black metal gate and just follow the pawprints on the staircase. Upon arrival, you are warmly greeted by one or two of the staff members, and you can even order a drink while you wait for your session to begin. My heart was so full when I saw all the adorable cats inside the lounge. One dark calico cat even wanted to come out and greet us, but luckily, my partner coaxed him or her back in! The lounge is a shoeless facility, and you have the option to wear disposable socks over your own socks. There are many cat toys strewn around for humans and cats to play with together. The kitten room is next to the main lounge, but there can only be a limited number of people inside and all hands must be sanitized prior before playing with them. The time limit to interact with the cats is an hour and ten minutes, which is plenty of time. My partner and I were especially interested in a domestic shorthair, so when we returned back home, we submitted an application in hopes of adopting her. We are still waiting for a response, but we are crossing our fingers! Thanks, CatCafe Lounge, for giving us an opportunity to visit these lovely cats and to potentially adopt!

I love the cat cafe so much. I go once every few months even though I don't have the ability to adopt yet I know in the future that this where I will get my pet car from. The staff is friendly and the cats are super calm and they'll just chill near you while you sit and drink your drink of choice. Best cat cafe in LA.
