The place was described as a vegetable based, salad, fresh ingredients version of Chipotle's. I was taken by the acidity of the food, along with its sweetness, which made it particularly enjoyable. There was a very short line, and the menu took some time to comprehend. In terms of decor, and feel, it did have the same feel as a Chipotle's, although I think the focus on greens and salads helps differentiate its line-up of dishes. Otherwise, it was not a particularly remarkable experience but rather enjoyable to spend time with friends in the patio space outside.

This Cava location is my absolute favorite. I come here frequently but decided to order delivery this time. Danny and Soleil made my experience amazing by providing me with excellent customer service. I called to get something fixed for my order and they did so with such grace. They slay so hard they deserve a raise!!! Can’t wait to come back solely to see them two.

Really disappointed with my visit. I don’t come here often since I live far, but I thought it would be a nice treat — unfortunately, it was anything but. The service was rude and unprofessional from the start. My bowl was barely filled, which is frustrating considering the prices here are not cheap. My boyfriend ordered an avocado wrap, and even though avocado and corn are part of the recipe, it came with neither — and we still had to pay full price. No explanation, no apology. The whole interaction just felt gross and annoying. Definitely not worth the trip, and I won’t be coming back.
In the past 2 months this place has gotten so bad that I am never planning to come back. Customer service went from excellent to practically non-existent, there’s gotta be some sort of nepotism or preferential race hiring going on because there’s no way the new staff working here was selected based on their customer service skills. What a joke this place has become, at least the diversity quota is most certainly met 👍

Gerson & Anika were super helpful this was my first time here and had no idea what to choose with so many options I felt overwhelmed, but these both employees came to me with a smile and went through all the items and menu what they have to offer in detail, they took so much patience and dedication in there work and there customers I was very impressed with there customer service, attitude & attentiveness and kept a smile the whole time…they highly represent the highest standard for Cava Company and will be continuing coming back letting friends and family know that this is the spot to be! Quality food outstanding customer service there is not one bad thing I could say about this place.
