Good dim sum, getting really expensive, customer service is not good at all here, I wish I could give more stars, or I wish I could find somewhere else with good food

This place has always been good, I don't understand the low rating.

Been a patron for 20 years. Food is really good for the price. Nice, noisy, dimsum house.
However, the quality has really gone down since 2020. Still good but not near the same as in the past.

Recommended dishes: shrimp har cow 蝦餃
Actually tasted pretty good. Aside most things being sold out.
Sub par food. Staff could care less. Feel over charged but the check is not legible. What are you going to?
Really good in every aspect??

CBS is now Mama Lu's and part of a chain of restaurants.
The Har Gow was much too oily. The shrimp with leeks lacked flavor. It was insipid.
The service was awful because it is under staffed. This used to be one of my favorite dim sum eateries Chinatown.
Following a long absence, I hoped to reexperience some of their delicious offerings. It was disappointing. I will revisit in the future to see if they improve. Hopefully they will train or hire better chefs and more servers.
