Wow I love this cute little place, it’s going to be my new favorite morning spot. The food is incredible - focaccia so light, fluffy, and flavorful you feel like you teleported to Italy - and they make the most perfect tart crust I’ve had in years, which Francesca described as “home” to her. Both (the prosciutto and fontina grilled sando + apricot tart) paired beautifully with their americano. Chefs kiss!

I love this little place! I just had the eggplant and burrata on focaccia sandwich and it was soooo delicious! The eggplant was soft, tender and flavorful, the burrata was light and creamy, the arugula so fresh and the focaccia was light with a delicately crispy shell, not the usual shoe leather type of focaccia from other places.

I’ve tried other things there and it’s all excellent.

This food is authentic, the Italian owners and chef are sweet and helpful. Everything is done with care and love for their customers.

If you’re Italian, it will feel like home. If not you’ll get a real Italian treat.

Just know that it’s a small storefront with a few table on the street. Most people take out although it’s nice outside too.

I can’t give this a higher recommendation!!

I tried two things here so far and the result is basically the same: fantastic both times. The sandwiches are great and very unique. Also the people are fun and courteous. Spicy marinara is absolute fire

Yellow umbrellas caught our eye, authentic lasagna - let’s stop by.

Right off Sunset, from which we arrived - a quaint Gastronomia - a pleasant surprise.

Focaccia, lasagna, and tiramisu - we felt like family, and you will too.

Custard on fingers, sauce on our tee’s
We’ll sure be back, we love Ceci’s.

This is the most authentic Italian food in LA! The focaccia al formaggio di recco made me cry it was
that good. It’s the only place outside of Liguria I’ve ever tried it where it’s tasted as good as- probably because the owners Francesco and Francesca are from the region ! The custard donut and the crostata are also out of this world delicious

Really wanted to like this place, but was disappointed. The bomboloni with custard cream was oddly very dry; I thought the cream should have helped, but it didn't. The lasagna al ragu had a good flavor, but the portion size was tiny.

I did takeout, so maybe it is better to dine in?

The food: I tried an olive, anchovy and tomato focaccia, good flavors but focaccia on the dry side. I also tried a sugar bun, bread-like and a bit dry.

Cute cafe. The decor is well thought out and fitting. Small and nice patio seating.

Parking is tough:street/metered

Super impressed with the sandwiches, simple yet clever and brings you real close to a true Italian experience. We enjoyed every bite of the Foccacia Toast, Crudo & Ricotta and the Nonna Tart for dessert. The place is small, cute and cozy, and the staff is friendly and welcoming!.Highly recommended!
